Today was the day where all the blood sweat and tears (from the staff😅) paid off
Our annual Nativity was a huge hit and the children did us so proud, each and everyone was amazing 🤩
This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and helps enable us to put the funds to our ever expanding always improving childcare provision
This would not have been possible without our amazing committee compiling and equally amazing raffle which proved to be a massive success!
We would like to thank a few of the local business who never fail to support us by donating prizes
Dyserth Butchers for the amazing Christmas Hamper voucher
Bodrhyddan hall
Jackson’s Garden Centre
Frankies Farm Shop
Mr & Mrs Evans for a 2 night stay in Conwy
Joanne Roberts photography
Kirsty Lloyd
The Blue Lion Cwm
The New Inn
Salt & Earth
Chelsea
And all of the parents who have donated gifts
We have in total raised an outstanding £947.80 and we cannot thank you all enough for all your continued help and support 💛

We would like to Thank Trecastle Nurseries for their kind donation of some vegetable plants and some compost.
The children thoroughly enjoyed helping to plant them and have learnt where some vegetables grow, how they grow and what they need to grow
Massive thank you to Alan Alexander and Trecastle Nurseries

Ysgol Hiraddug along with Hiraddug childcare is closed today due to the weather ⛄️ ❄️

Well that’s a wrap😅
Yesterday was one of our busiest days of the year, the day that takes weeks of preparation and consumption of chocolate coins 😆
Our annual Nativity was a big hit, the children excelled themselves.
At the ages of 2-4 years the children not only learnt words to various songs, they learnt lines to speak with confidence on the stage infront of their families and wow did they do us proud💖💙
This event is a much needed fundraiser for us as any monies raised go to much needed renovations of our classroom inside and out.
This year we have been raising funds to replace the artificial grass and concrete path area outside to make it safer for children in their outdoor play.
By charging a small entry fee and holding a raffle this helps us achieve our goal.

Now to for the thank yous
Firstly to our Narrator Aunty Helen, poor woman gets dragged in every year to do the job we all run away from 😆
Secondly to all our staff and everyone from Ysgol Hiraddug who helped us☺️
You as the parents for supporting us and I’m sure you are as proud as we are of your little cherubs
A huge thank you goes to a few of our local businesses who kindly donated prizes to enable us to put of a good raffle
A massive thank you goes to Billy Collins of Dyserth Butchers for donating a Christmas Hamler
Devils of Dyserth for hair care voucher
Mr & Mrs Rowley-Conwy for a one night stay for 2 in one of their holiday homes 🏡
And again to all you wonderful parents and your families for donating items to create a food hamper and all the other wonderful prizes we received and support throughout the year🥰
Our final week of school (we are hoping😅) will be a nice relaxed one😅

So we from Hiraddug Childcare would like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year 🥳
