Do you use affirmations?

BECAUSE THEY ARE SO POWERFUL!!

Repeat these affirmations 3x daily to yourself, save them on your phone, or laptop, and put them on sticky notes around your home, the point is to repeat them until you truly believe them, but they also give out huge positive energy to the universe.

-The grace of a higher power is with me and I move through life knowing this.

-i believe in a higher power and I know that it is within and around me, offering assistance and guidance.

-I surrender all my fears and burdens to a higher power.

-I am open to receive grace and I trust in a higher power.

-I AM WORTHY

Do you find it hard to maintain new habits? Do you know the things you want but you struggle to achieve them and incorporate new healthy habits? Do you find that you do them once and then you just don’t really end up sticking to them?

Ask yourself, are you disciplined enough? Are you worrying too much about other people's opinions?

Get clear on what you want, do a brain dump and just get everything out onto paper, this is a really good way to clear your mind of the chatter.

You only need to worry about yourself, you are the only one who is going to suffer if you don’t start doing the things that you want to do. Remind yourself that it is okay to relax and take some time out for yourself, your body needs it. Don’t take things too literally, and don’t procrastinate. Remind yourself of the things that you love and do more of them.
