How to dive head 1st into Christmas……without feeling like you “fu**ed it”
Here is my plan now I love training and it’s my enjoyment
This is what I am doing for myself and my sanity
22nd is deload run before marathon 2hrs
23rd deadlift session
24th (off or bike session (45 mins)
25th light run very easy to get some fresh air that’s all it’s actually not on plan, before I am in all day eating and drinking
26th heavy clean session, hopefully nice walk with family (weather depending) 😂
27th rest
28th back to normality ready for marathon
Before anyone says anything
30 ish mins for yourself isn’t selfish how much time will you spend scrolling
Just I know this will make me feel great
And that’s what Xmas is about right
Now I would also say
99.9% of people will not do any damage over Xmas
So give yourself a break
Don’t beast yourself for enjoying family time
Be grateful
So as it stands your all adults, your going to do what you want anyway
Don’t let other “expectations” of what Christmas should look like
Effect yours
Because nobody should leave there year feeling like they fu**ed it

Cue the wrecking ball 😮😮😮
To start performing at another level be prepared to full destroy what you have built
And this is what’s about to happen
I built a business that yes had my name in and it’s time to come to an end
As you can imagine Pritch fit didn’t take a lot of time to create
But the evolution of this is coming building a new vision, brand identity and values
All based around getting people to perform like a savage in life, for themselves, their family
Start pushing limits with there body
And as a bi product take there body in any direction they want to
Physically, mentally and achieve some epic s**t
So if you thought Dave you been quite
This is why
I wanted to dial in my message
So it was fully clear on what we want to put out there
So a massive thank you to everyone that has supported me but this evolution will see some big upgrades
And I never forget who supported me

So take kids too see Santa both throw up

Then oh I feel fine now
Too get them all home Freya falls asleep in the car
I carry her in to

But on the bright side the kids seen Santa and then, we had a nice day out

Take these 5 tips to smash any gym session…. Think united need these after crashing out of Europe
Some might be very obvious but highly forgotten
So follow along
1️⃣ Be clear on what your going to do (plan), allocate time needed and also minimise dust
2️⃣ Fuel in a world of zero carbs and fasting under fuelled workouts happen so much so make sure you are
✅ hydrated
✅ got enough energy in you (food)
❌ And not just relying on stims (caffeine) to get you through
3️⃣ Be ok with resting when needed 🙏 when ill, run down and ultimately when you need a de load
4️⃣ Bye bye ego, hard to do but follow a plan properly or as close as possible don’t be scared to ask for help
( Dave take own advice here )
5️⃣ Enjoy process, set some big fu***ng goals and chase them down
Reach for the stars mate, because I am telling you!! You really don’t know what’s possible until you try
Some days will be hard and s**t but doing the work will lead to a bigger payoff that anything you can physically buy
A bigger high
And we are all just chasing that at the end of the day

Trigger warning…….. This will p**s a few people off
Strength and conditioning isn’t random exercises performed with s**t form and with no logic why they are paired together
There needs to be a logically reason in a plan to put something in
Not because “it looks cool” or “seen it on instagram”
Especially when forming out the ££££ for it
And the worst is s**t form showcased and put on internet
Drives me mental
Put the phone down and help perfect you clients movement pattern to keep them injury free
Also while we are at it “come on” “go faster” isn’t helpful advice
My 7year old son could do that
So why you so triggered Dave ?
Simple
If your don’t take the few mins to help someone actually build good form, that’s not coaching
True coaching isn’t beasting someone until they can’t breathe
Sometimes it’s slowing them down to speed them up in time
Maybe working a lil more on mobility than just go go go
Being a good coach is giving someone what is needed long term and actually caring
Not just starving them down, hammering them beyond there actually current ability
So if you are looking at coaches to help you on your journey
Just because there bio says S&C coach actually do some research into them
Are they nice and caring towards clients?
Do people respect them ?
Are they cheap ?
Would you trust them with your most valuable assets ? because your health is in there hands
They beast you to an injury
Your potentially injured missing quality time with family
Work
Holidays
Your also off training yourself
Even those nights out
So shop wisely and don’t be afraid to ask the question as to why they are doing this?

Let’s go !!!
So I have a list of ideas 💡 that I hand on heart believe most people could achieve
With a solid mindset and training
Why ?
Because I have helped people achieve them
Hyrox - an event that includes 1km runs, with stations between
Sled, row, lunges, farmers carries 8 runs 8 events done in teams or as an individual
Fitness comp CrossFit style, not as focused on “running” but different standards and some comps have different skill levels
I believe most people could get into shape to attack 1
Sports returns to footy, rugby or anything but get in great shape so you’re not blowing out your hoop
And stay injury free
Distance events - Triathlon, runs, bikes, swims, 3 peaks, 1st snowdon walk you name it from a 5km to iron man’s
Mud runs these are pure fun, great atmosphere and most people can do the minimum distance
And a few can cover the half marathon distance ones too
It can be done with your head in the game
It’s achievable
Finally this is my biggest motivator
Your kids, do you have what it takes to really keep pushing your kids
Father Time is on there side but you can fight them off with a fit body, mindset and ultimately
Push your kids
And before some PC parent says it’s the taking part that counts
Mason is already faster than his mum he has some work before he can beat Daddy
And I know a ton of lads with the same mindset
So create a bucket list of achievements
Had an amazing chat with a new client last night building out this
Nothing is stopping you
So don’t just step into 2024 with the normal idea
“I want to get in shape” because that doesn’t work 90% of the time
Build out the why you want to do it then you will achieve it

This the season too buy s**t not needed
I bet you agree
Last night me and Bev were adding stuff to a basket in prep for Xmas shopping
Then I had a look and thought that is just s**t
Kids don’t need that at all
Same goes for us too
We just said is there anything we actually need
While it’s nice to open a few things on Xmas day
Pointless gifts are basically pointless

Midweek re cap
So knocked out most of the big rides
sent me sick, can’t handle simulator rides
Tron and guardians were amazing,
Freya dressed up as a princess
And in Halloween Mason got more enough chocolate to feed his whole school
Officially sick of crap food, so pretty much back to normal eating
Orange chicken and rice is amazing 🤩

We achieved exactly what he wanted
On day one believe it or not we upped Adams calories
Why ?
Because it was needed so we could tap into his training potential, also give him energy he needed to get himself in shape
Then he dropped 20 lbs
All because the plan was dialed in to him
It was what he needed
He has become a genuine friend hopefully 1 day he can convert me to Guinness 😂
But so happy we managed to elevate his confidence get him healthier, fitter and stronger well done mate

I will just start in the new years means
Your get less fitter and uninspired ❌
You maybe put on a few extra kgs, slowing down progress on Jan ❌
You put this huge thing on, something that is just the way we all should really live our life’s
For real success this is what you want to do
Start now !!!
Be fine with meals out, nights out, dropping the ball now and again
And get ready to look at the bigger picture
If we look back 5 years ago today I was happy healthy and in Mexico about to get married
Fast forward 1 year bed bound brace on my leg and walking around gym on crutches
Don’t take today for granted get ready to lean into you health
Sack off this diet starts “ then bo****ks and transform your life !!

Only as good as your word so
Up to Scotland with my Coaches this week, massive thank you
To then find 2 trains cancelled, An overbooked plan to be left in Edinburgh airport
I Made a promise to Mason Thursday night when I tucked him in
Yes I will be home for your game game on Sunday mate “ I Promise “
So I had to get home rather than just book a hotel and go home next day
Meet up with some other coaches and have a few beers instead I rented a car and drove home 5 hours just to follow through
Family is one of my biggest values, the biggest so had to make sure I was back
While I know people would understand, sometimes just make s**t happen and follow through with what you committed to
