A really great day at the Colshaw Hall 10k on Sunday.
Tom Sirett who has not been able to train fully for the last 3 weeks ran really strong to run a new PB time of 34.36.
Close behind was Ben Rowlands, knocking 1.17 mins of his best time to run a fantastic 34.43.
David Hinde continues his comeback progression from injury with a fantastic 35.44.
He's getting back to his best more and more each race.
Leslie Dash smashed the 36 min barrier with 35.59 PB , by 1 min.
Jody Beech , just off holiday runs a fantastic 43.32. 44 secs course PB.

A massive congratulations to Mark Gittins running for England vets, and winning the international 3000m vets race at the Tonypandy classic meeting in a new 9.04.8 PB.
Well done Mark.

Another amazing Mid Cheshire 5k last night. It never fails to dissapoint.

Wow !!! Lewis Morris finishes 14th in an amazing 14.29 PB to top the UK under 17 ranking.

A really good day at the Chester half marathon yesterday.
Nathan James came 21st in a 1.14.55 PB by 52 sec, continuing on from his great London marathon 3 weeks ago.
Aaron Dodswell a brilliant 1.17.35 debut half marathon PB
Tom Sirett just behind in 1.17.46 PB by 41 secs. A brilliant strong run. He's so consistent.
Great to have David Hinde back racing after injury. 1.20.23. Now he can push on again and continue the great progress he was on before injury.
Leslie Dash a great 1.21.55 PB
Oliver Birch pacing 1.25, finished in 1.23.58, saving himself for Mid Cheshire 5k on Friday, where he wants a good PB. Today would've been a big PB if he hadn't smashed his PB by 7 mins at Dublin just 2 weeks ago.
Steven Jeffers ran a massive 9 min PB with a fantastic 1.37.19. He's putting some great training
