⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER – OUTSTANDING FEES ⚠️

Dear Parents/Carers,

Please can we ask that all outstanding childcare fees are paid as soon as possible.

Jesters relies on fees being paid on time to enable us to continue providing our childcare services. When fees remain unpaid, this has a significant impact on the business, as we still have ongoing overheads to meet, including staff wages, rent, insurance, utilities, resources and other running costs.

Your child’s place is reserved for them, and fees are therefore required in accordance with our payment terms.

We completely understand that circumstances can sometimes change. If you are experiencing difficulty making a payment, please speak to us privately rather than allowing fees to remain outstanding without communication.

We kindly ask parents with an outstanding balance to bring their account up to date as a matter of priority.

📢 JESTERS – HOLIDAY & PERMANENT BOOKING FEE REMINDER

Dear Parents/Carers,

We hope you are well. We would like to gently remind all families of our holiday and fee arrangements for children with a permanent booked place at Jesters.

🏖️ Each child is entitled to two weeks of holiday per year during which their usual fees will not be charged.

We are happy to help families plan these weeks, so please let us know in advance when you would like to use your holiday allowance. Once the two weeks have been used, any additional holidays taken during the year will remain chargeable at the normal rate.

We would also like to clarify that a permanent booked session is reserved specifically for your child. This means that if a session is cancelled by the parent/carer, your child does not attend, or your child is absent for any other reason, the usual session fee will still be payable, unless the absence is being taken as part of your child’s two-week annual holiday allowance.

This policy allows us to continue reserving your child’s place and planning appropriate staffing for all permanent bookings. We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible about any holidays or absences.

A 4:30PM FINISH OPTION! 🎒💚

We know that every family’s routine is different, so we’re looking at bringing back our shorter After School Club session with collection by 4:30pm.

This would be perfect for families who need a little extra childcare after the school day, but don’t require care until 6:00pm.

✨ A shorter and more flexible childcare option

✨ Our existing 6:00pm session will still be available

📣 EXCITING NEWS – FRIDAY AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB! 🎉

We’re looking at extending our Friday After-School Club until 6:00pm! 💚

At present, our Friday session finishes at 4:30pm, but we know that a later finish could be really helpful for working parents and families who need that little bit of extra childcare at the end of the week.

🧸 Time to play and relax after a busy week
🥪 Snack/refreshments
👫 Time with friends in a familiar, caring environment

We’d love to make our 6:00pm Friday session a regular part of Jesters, but we need to know there is enough interest from our families.

👉 Would you use childcare until 6:00pm on a Friday?

The more interest we receive, the more likely we can make our Friday 6:00pm finish a permanent option. 💚

🌟 JESTERS PLAYGROUP – WE’RE BACK! 🌟September

We’re delighted to let all our parents and carers know that our Playgroup sessions will commence from Monday 7th September. 💚

We’re really looking forward to welcoming all our children back, as well as meeting the new little ones joining us this September. 🌈

Our team has been busy getting everything ready for a fun and exciting new term, with lots of opportunities for learning through play, exploring, creating and making new friends. 🧸🎨📚

🌞 JESTERS – SUMMER HOLIDAYS 🌈

Dear Parents/Carers,

Next week at Jesters we have lots of exciting summer activities planned, including water play, tie-dye, and our very own Jesters Festival, which will take place on Thursday!

Please could all children come with a full set of spare clothes, including spare socks, as they are likely to get wet during our water play activities.

If your child has an old plain T-shirt, socks or another suitable item that they would like to use for our tie-dye activity, please send it in clearly labelled with their name.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic week of fun, creativity and celebration. Thank you for your continued support!

Holiday Club

Temporary Drop-off and Collection Arrangements

Dear Parents and Carers,

Due to the construction work currently taking place on the school premises, we have temporarily changed our drop-off and collection arrangements to help ensure the safety of all children, families, visitors and staff.

We have also been informed that the road leading to the school will be closed from Tuesday 21st until Friday 24th. We kindly ask all parents and carers to allow extra time for their journey and to follow any diversion routes or temporary traffic management measures that are in place during this period.

All drop-offs and pick-ups must take place at the Twt Hill entrance gate, which leads directly into the school grounds.
Please note that we open at 7.30am until 5.30pm .

On arrival, please ring the Jesters desk phone. A member of the Jesters team will come to the gate to greet you, safely es**rt your child into the setting, or bring your child to you at collection time. This procedure helps us maintain the security of the school site and ensures children are always safely handed over to an authorised adult.

Please ensure your child is handed over directly to a member of the Jesters team at drop-off and collected promptly at the end of their session. We kindly ask all parents and carers to follow this temporary procedure until further notice.

We appreciate your patience, understanding and continued cooperation while these essential construction works are being carried out. These arrangements have been introduced to help maintain a safe, secure and well-organised environment for everyone.

We will continue to keep parents and carers informed of any further updates as soon as we receive them.

We kindly ask that any outstanding balances are cleared by this date to ensure your child’s place and sessions can continue without disruption. Prompt payment helps us to continue providing a high-quality service and meet the ongoing running costs of Jesters.

If you believe you have already made payment, please disregard this reminder. If you are experiencing any difficulties with payment, please speak to the Manager as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the local Library in Rhuddlan for giving our playgroup children such a warm welcome, your kindness, thoughtfulness & generosity in making our visits truly special and also enabling us in creating wonderful memories for the children. We would also like to thank our local castle in Rhuddlan for your generosity & for making our play group feel so welcome 😊 This week has been filled with fun, learning, and valuable life experiences, and we feel so grateful to have shared these opportunities with our playgroup children 🧡🩵
