Dear Parents/Carers,

Next week at Jesters we have lots of exciting summer activities planned, including water play, tie-dye, and our very own Jesters Festival, which will take place on Thursday!

Please could all children come with a full set of spare clothes, including spare socks, as they are likely to get wet during our water play activities.

If your child has an old plain T-shirt, socks or another suitable item that they would like to use for our tie-dye activity, please send it in clearly labelled with their name.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic week of fun, creativity and celebration. Thank you for your continued support!

Holiday Club

Temporary Drop-off and Collection Arrangements

Dear Parents and Carers,

Due to the construction work currently taking place on the school premises, we have temporarily changed our drop-off and collection arrangements to help ensure the safety of all children, families, visitors and staff.

We have also been informed that the road leading to the school will be closed from Tuesday 21st until Friday 24th. We kindly ask all parents and carers to allow extra time for their journey and to follow any diversion routes or temporary traffic management measures that are in place during this period.

All drop-offs and pick-ups must take place at the Twt Hill entrance gate, which leads directly into the school grounds.
Please note that we open at 7.30am until 5.30pm .

On arrival, please ring the Jesters desk phone. A member of the Jesters team will come to the gate to greet you, safely es**rt your child into the setting, or bring your child to you at collection time. This procedure helps us maintain the security of the school site and ensures children are always safely handed over to an authorised adult.

Please ensure your child is handed over directly to a member of the Jesters team at drop-off and collected promptly at the end of their session. We kindly ask all parents and carers to follow this temporary procedure until further notice.

We appreciate your patience, understanding and continued cooperation while these essential construction works are being carried out. These arrangements have been introduced to help maintain a safe, secure and well-organised environment for everyone.

We will continue to keep parents and carers informed of any further updates as soon as we receive them.

This is a polite reminder that all childcare fees must be brought fully up to date by Friday, 17th July.

We kindly ask that any outstanding balances are cleared by this date to ensure your child’s place and sessions can continue without disruption. Prompt payment helps us to continue providing a high-quality service and meet the ongoing running costs of Jesters.

If you believe you have already made payment, please disregard this reminder. If you are experiencing any difficulties with payment, please speak to the Manager as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances.

Jesters Wraparound Care & Playgroup

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the local Library in Rhuddlan for giving our playgroup children such a warm welcome, your kindness, thoughtfulness & generosity in making our visits truly special and also enabling us in creating wonderful memories for the children. We would also like to thank our local castle in Rhuddlan for your generosity & for making our play group feel so welcome 😊 This week has been filled with fun, learning, and valuable life experiences, and we feel so grateful to have shared these opportunities with our playgroup children 🧡🩵

We are proud to offer full wraparound child care from the ages 2 to 11 years, providing a safe nurturing and engaging environment throughout the day and during the school holidays. Our service includes a breakfast club to help children start their day positively (we offer a free breakfast club from 8.15/8.45)

Due to construction work currently taking place within the school premises, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide holiday care during the May half-term break as the builders require access to the main hall & kitchen area & corridors.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and your understanding and patience while these essential works are being completed.

Dear parents/ guardians
Please note that all sessions for your child must be booked in advance prior to your scheduled session date. We kindly ask that all payments are made upfront to confirm your child’s place with us. We accept both weekly & monthly payment options, however, please ensure that we are informed of your chosen payment arrangement so that our records are kept up to date. We would also like to remind parents that there are currently a number of outstanding fees on accounts, and we kindly ask that any overdue balances are settled as soon as possible to avoid disruption to future bookings.

We are reducing our breakfast club to £3.00 per session, this will commence from Monday the 20th ( tomorrow) opening from 7.30am to all our parents, we hope this makes your busy mornings a little easier while ensuring your children continue to enjoy a safe, welcoming start to their day with full bellies 🩷💙
