Where do you go to reset?

Whilst our holding has fields and woods and and and there will always be a list of jobs following us there! So we head to the beach!! Swimming, paddling, construction and looking for treasures is always our best reset!

Mixed with equal parts ACV and raw honey!! To make an oxymel! Add it to hot water, drizzle it on salad or plain take a spoonful to combat those winter sniffles!!

Getting ready for the harvesting part of the growing season by sorting through what we have stored and the jars we have!! Also making sure we access and use our apple and grape juices by adding a huge wine rack to the kitchen!! Lots of awesome juice still to drink that we made and pasteurised last year!!
