Shotokan karate every Monday and Wednesday at the Rhondda Sports Centre. Students are taken from the age of 6 to 60 so come and join us and get fit while learning the art of Karate. The lesson is taught in a fully matted dojo with structured drills that get the students really motivated and keep coming back week after week, Traditional karate with modern day instruction.
