I've never actually done a meet the instructor post so here goes.

Born 1974 in Glasgow and brought up in a wee village called Dundonald. Went to Dundonald Primary then Marr College. Left high school in 1992 and had many jobs before university in 1996. Diploma in Mental Health Nursing and left to work in social care. Worked in social care until 2005. This was the start of my driving school. Initially I worked in Greenock area doing intensive courses. Gradually moved my business to Paisley area where it is now predominantly Houston, Bridge Of Weir, Kilmacolm Johnstone and Lochwinnoch. I am currently doing additional driver qualifications with Institute of Advanced Drivers and RoSPA. I have taught hundreds of people over the years and I love my job now as much as when I began. I pride myself on being client centred and tailor my instruction to each individual. I am far from perfect but I do try my best. I am always looking for ways to improve and I reflect on my practice often and regularly. What is your favourite memory of learning to drive?
