OUT OF SCHOOL CARE PARENTS ONLY
Thank you to all parents who have completed and handed in their paperwork for August 2026. We really do appreciate the time and effort you have taken this week.
In Scotland, Care Inspectorate regulations require that we hold up-to-date information for every child in our care. It is therefore essential that all forms are completed accurately and returned as soon as possible.
If you have not yet collected your paperwork, you can still do so from the office in Albert Road ((all day), St James, or Newmains Primary School (3pm - 6pm). Completed paperwork can be returned over the weekend using our post box at Albert Road.
Please note that the Personal Plan Update (28 days) and review do not need to be completed at this stage.
New invoices will be issued once your Session Requirements Form has been completed and returned. This will allow us to accurately calculate your fees and ensure you know exactly what your payments will be for the new term.
