Wednesday night… went OFF 👏🏼✨

There’s something so special about being in a room full of wonderful humans, moving together, feeding off each other’s energy and lifting each other’s mood. 🙏🏼

Movement motivates. Movement to music connects us. And when you bring music, movement and amazing people together… it’s honestly like therapy. 🫶🏼

So grateful for this room, this energy and every single one of you. ❤️

CPD tomorrow – Continued Professional Development 🫶🏼✨

Tomorrow is training day, and honestly, it’s one of my favourite days! 💫

We get to come together with instructors from all over the country, connect, share ideas and, most importantly, continue learning and developing our skills.

We’ll be introduced to the brand-new choreography for all the class types being released this quarter, alongside a focused session designed to keep us educated, inspired and continually progressing. 📚✨

There’s always something new to learn, new skills to develop and new ways to become better at what we do.

Investing in our own learning means we can continue to give the very best to you lovely humans, our attendees ❤️
