ung people to participate in sports of all kinds across the country and now what with the RIO Olympics some 4 years later we have launched an athletics based programme for children between the ages of 2 ½ yrs and 7yrs to allow them to benefit from an “Athletics Play Programme” which is currently the only one of its kind in the UK. Athletix Kidz was set up in 2016 by Sarah & Jason Hoad, who had been watching their own children go through Athletics from an early age through local clubs and their eldest daughter, Lucy, going onto to international level as a sprinter. Throughout this journey they always felt that there was a need for a play programme for children prior to joining a local club at 8yrs old to bridge the gap and prepare them for when they are allowed to join. This programme would allow them to experience the joys of what athletics can give them with its multi events using the basics of running, jumping and throwing! Our programme has been designed to develop your child’s physical, psychological and social attributes whilst encouraging athletics specific skills and offering a healthy outlook on life whilst having lots of fun! Our busiest summer holidays yet! ☀️

This summer has been our busiest one yet, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support from our families and community.

So far, we’ve delivered action packed Holiday Camps, fun-filled days at Hazelwood School, 1-to-1 coaching sessions, and so much more. It’s been amazing to see so many children staying active, building confidence, and having fun.

With all the excitement, we’re also making sure our coaches get the opportunity to rest, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved time off. Their hard work and dedication make everything we do possible.

We’ve still got more Holiday Camps to come, and we can’t wait to see you there! 🙌

💙 End of an Era for Faith but the start of an exciting new chapter for her!❤️

Over the last 6 years, we’ve had the absolute privilege of watching Faith grow - not only as an athlete, but as a confident, resilient and inspiring young person.

From her very first sessions to where she is today, it’s been incredible to see her dedication, determination and love for athletics shine through. Watching children grow in confidence and believe in themselves is exactly why we do what we do, and Faith has been a wonderful part of the Athletix Kidz family.

A huge thank you to and your family for trusting us to be part of Faith’s journey. Your kind words truly mean the world to us and remind us why coaching is so special.

Athletix Kidz had an amazing time hosting Little Oaks Nursery Sports Day! 🌟

The children enjoyed an action-packed sports day filled with hurdle races, a standing long jump competition, and our popular Shooting Stars and Howlers events, where it was fantastic to see just how far some of the children could throw! 💪⭐

Every child was celebrated with certificates and medals for their fantastic effort and enthusiasm. 🏅

One of the highlights of the day was the super-fun parents’ race! The children loved cheering their parents on, showing that taking part, trying your best, and having fun are what sport is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone at Little Oaks Nursery for having us - we loved being part of such a brilliant day! 🎉
