Everyone sees the fights and the medals.

What they don’t see is the real day-to-day life of a kickboxing coach.

I get to spend my days helping people become fitter, stronger and more confident. I watch complete beginners become martial artists, nervous kids become confident young adults, and stressed adults leave class smiling.

The only real downside?

The admin. 😅

Messages. Bookings. Timetables. Insurance. Social media. The glamorous side no one tells you about.

But if that’s the price I pay for spending my days doing what I love, it’s a bargain I’d make every single time.

The last bout of the day…young Will stormed through his opponent’s to take gold much to the delight of his team mates and friends. Will has great composure for someone so young and always gives it everything he has. A gold medal for him this time. One up from@the silver he earned last time. I look forward to seeing where he goes with his Kickboxing
