Today we say goodbye to our very own Mr Jones from RAAS and the Drama department. We are sorry to see him leave, not least of all because he has taken Drama as a subject, and co-curricularly, from strength to strength. From outstanding productions of both Cabaret and The Crucible, an original film project (sadly cancelled due to Covid), to amazing support and exam results for students and all with lots of fun along the way. You will be sorely missed by staff and students alike but we wish you the very best of luck in your new venture in Germany. Thank you for everything! 🎭

Two full days of rehearsals done and the production team have been working hard putting last minute touches to the set, the costumes and undertaking other administrative tasks in preparation for opening night on Friday. All lighting patched, rigged and focussed ready for the technical rehearsal tomorrow!

Another great rehearsal! Costumes are currently being sewn, the set will be painted over the next few days and the lighting rigged at the end of the week ready for next week’s technical rehearsals.
