Sadie loves September when my normal tutoring schedule starts again. She takes her role of alerting me when students arrive and welcoming them in very seriously.

The grade boundaries in 2025 were so much higher than in 2024. I do think it’s hard if you go into an exam expecting the previous years grade boundaries but then the actual boundary is 10-20 marks out of a possible 240 marks higher.

Today’s student has moved up a Maths set 🎉 so over the summer we will be learning the topics that his new set have already covered. If you’ve not seen the Sine Rule before it’s quite full on…..especially for a Wednesday morning in the summer holidays!
