It is really important to nourish ourselves, every part of us (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) so that we can all be the people we want to be, really live life and love and care for the people in our lives. I love helping people learn how to put the bounce back into their lives, so they can cope when life throws a curve ball. From a place of well-being motivation and confidence can grow

. I work with people individually and in groups, to create a space of listening to help them reflect on things that are happening for them now, and work out what they need and want to happen next. I take people from a place where they feel like their heads are going to explode with everything they are juggling, to a place of clarity and knowledge about how to truly look after their needs. Time with me will help you with
*confidence
*motivation
*managing stress
*preventing burnout
*juggling a million and one things
*your identity if you feel it has got lost along the way

I love offering this support and encouragement to people, because I know what a difference it can make to their lives and their loved ones.

Are you living in your emotional overdraft?

Sometimes life asks more of us.

A busy week.
A work deadline.
A family crisis.

In those moments, it's normal to borrow a little energy from other areas of life.

The problem is when borrowing becomes the norm.

When work is constantly being subsidised by your evenings, weekends, rest, relationships, or wellbeing.

Eventually, the cost shows up somewhere.

In your energy.
Your patience.
Your mood.
Your relationships.

It's okay to draw on your reserves.

Just make sure you're giving yourself opportunities to replenish them too.

💛 Where might you be borrowing energy from at the moment?

Anyone else have the narrative “I don’t have time for me”, on repeat?

Sometimes that’s absolutely the case.

But sometimes there are tiny pockets hidden within our days.

Maybe a few minutes less of scrolling?
Leaving something unfinished?
Having a cuppa outside, instead of at the messy kitchen table?

This isn’t about creating a perfect life, but creating a little more room for what matters.

Do you recognise your own early warning signs?

We often tell ourselves we'll rest later.

After this deadline.
After this busy week.
After we've finished everything on the list.

The problem is that many of us don't notice we need support until we're already overwhelmed.

What if we got better at noticing sooner?

Your early warning signs might be:
✨ Feeling more irritable
✨ Struggling to concentrate
✨ Reaching for more caffeine or scrolling
✨ Feeling rushed all the time
✨ Dropping the things that usually help

The goal isn't to never feel stressed.

It's to recognise when you're becoming stretched, so you can respond with compassion before you reach empty.

This week, try paying attention.

What are your early warning signs?

💛 Your wellbeing whispers before it shouts.

Different seasons of life often need different kinds of support.

What helps you feel grounded during a calm season may not be the thing that supports you most when life feels full, stretched, or overwhelming.

And sometimes we make things even harder for ourselves by believing wellbeing has to look the same all the time.

The same routines.
The same habits.
The same expectations.
The same version of coping.

But flexibility matters too.

Part of sustainable wellbeing is learning to notice:
✨ What do I need right now?
✨ What’s genuinely helping in this season?
✨ What feels supportive — not just productive?

Maybe support looks like movement and motivation sometimes.

And other times it looks like rest, simpler expectations, asking for help, or creating more breathing space.

This week, instead of trying to “do wellbeing perfectly”…

Maybe just experiment with one thing that might support you differently.

Not to fix everything.
Not to optimise yourself.
Just to support your capacity a little more gently.

Because wellbeing isn’t about rigid routines.

It’s about building a toolkit that can flex with real life.

What happens when life gets busy?

For many people, the very things that help them feel well are the first things to disappear.

The walk.
The movement.
The planning.
The fresh air.
The quiet moments.
The things that create space, energy, clarity, and steadiness.

Not because they don’t matter.
But because life suddenly feels urgent.

And when we’re overwhelmed, it’s so easy to slip into survival mode:
reacting instead of responding,
rushing instead of reflecting,
getting through instead of being supported.

I notice this in myself too.

When life feels full, the habits and practices that help me feel grounded can quickly get squeezed out by the noise and demands of everything else.

But often, when those things disappear, life starts to feel even heavier.

Not because we’re failing.
But because our capacity needs supporting too.

Sometimes wellbeing isn’t about adding more in.

It’s about protecting the things that help you function, cope, think clearly, and feel more like yourself, even in smaller ways.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
Just intentionally.

Because the things that nourish you are not a reward for when life calms down.

They are part of what helps you move through busy seasons in the first place.

Sometimes we cope in ways that help us survive the moment…
but don’t always help us feel nourished long term.

We scroll.
We stay busy.
We overthink.
We isolate.
We distract ourselves.
We keep pushing through.

And honestly?
Sometimes those things do help us get through hard days.

This isn’t about judging yourself for the ways you cope.

It’s about becoming a little more curious about the patterns you fall back on when life feels heavy.

Because different moments need different kinds of support.

Sometimes we need rest.
Sometimes movement.
Sometimes comfort.
Sometimes connection.
Sometimes boundaries.
Sometimes space to think.
Sometimes practical support.

Research around resilience and coping suggests that having a wider range of coping strategies can help us respond more flexibly when life feels stressful or overwhelming.

Not because we cope “perfectly”.
But because we have more options available to us.

More awareness.
More flexibility.
More choice.

And often, that’s where sustainable wellbeing begins.

✨ What’s one coping strategy that genuinely helps you feel more like yourself?

Small steps still count. 🌱

I think sometimes we underestimate the power of starting small.

Especially when we’re surrounded by messages that tell us transformation has to be dramatic, intense, or all-or-nothing.

But honestly?
The changes that have lasted longest in my life have usually started very quietly.

For years, I struggled to build a regular exercise habit that actually stuck.

I would try to do too much, too quickly.
Create unrealistic routines.
Then feel frustrated when life got busy and I couldn’t sustain them.

Around 4 years ago, I decided to approach it differently.

Instead of trying to completely overhaul my life, I committed to just two short sessions at home each week.

That was it.

Not the “perfect” plan.
Not hours in the gym.
Not a huge transformation challenge.

Just something small enough that I could realistically keep showing up for.

And over time, it grew.

The sessions became longer.
I added more variety.
I increased the frequency.
But I built from a foundation that felt manageable rather than overwhelming.

I think wellbeing works like this a lot of the time.

Start with one thing.
Let it settle into your life.
Build trust with yourself.
Then add another when you’re ready.

Steady and sustainable often takes us further than intense and unsustainable ever could.

What’s been taking most of your energy lately? 🔋

When you lead a full life, understanding what drains your energy is really important.

Not in a judgemental, “fix yourself” kind of way.

But in a curious, honest way.

Because your energy is a resource.
And over time, where you spend it shapes how you feel, how you cope, and what capacity you have left for the things that matter most to you.

So often, we can slip back into old ways of living without even noticing.

Patterns of overcommitting.
Overthinking.
Over-functioning.
Trying to carry things that were never fully ours to carry.

And slowly, our energy gets pulled further and further away from the things that matter most to us.

That’s why I find doing a gentle energy audit from time to time can be really helpful.

Not to become hyper-productive.
Not to optimise every second of your life.

Just to pause and notice.

✨ What activities leave me feeling depleted?
✨ Who or what consistently zaps my energy?
✨ What am I carrying that doesn’t actually need to be mine?
✨ Where am I spending energy in ways that don’t align with my priorities or values?
✨ What gives me energy back?

Sometimes awareness alone can begin to create change.

Please don’t overlook the progress you’ve made.

Sometimes it can be hard to notice just how far you have come, especially when you still have lots more you want to achieve.

If you naturally focus on what’s next, or like to have things to work towards, it can be easy to only notice the big milestones. The finish lines. The major moments.

But so much of life and growth happens in the quieter shifts.

The moments that feel a little different.
The things that feel a little easier.
The ways you respond differently now.
The boundaries you hold.
The conversations you have.
The pauses you take.
The awareness you’ve built.

For me recently, I’ve been focusing on both personal and work-related changes. The kind of long-term shifts that don’t necessarily come with one big “I made it” moment attached to them.

Which means there is always still more to do.
More to build.
More to work towards.

And if I’m not careful, on the tired or difficult days, I can convince myself that I haven’t made any progress at all.

That’s why I’ve been trying to pause regularly (weekly, monthly, half-termly) and intentionally notice what has changed.

Not because everything is perfect.
But because recognising progress helps ground me on the doubtful days.

So this is your reminder too:
Please don’t overlook the progress you’ve made.

Even if it feels small.
Even if there’s still more to come.

Make room for what matters

When you lead a full life, it can often feel like there’s never enough time for everything.

The life admin.
The work.
The mental load.
The responsibilities.
The things other people need from you.

And somewhere amongst all of that, the things that matter deeply to you can slowly get squeezed out.

Not because they aren’t important.
But because life becomes very full, very noisy and very busy.

That’s why it can be really helpful to intentionally make space for the things that matter to you.

Because often, they don’t just magically “fit in”.

And when you become clearer on what really matters (your wellbeing, rest, fun, connection, presence, creativity, family, health) it becomes a little easier to protect space for those things amongst the whirlwind of everyday life.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But intentionally 💛
