We are passionate about creating learning experiences to inspire our children.

Equally, our children inspire us every day with their curiosity, talent, determination and enthusiasm. Our curriculum is inspired by our community and surroundings, through which we ensure our children can create their own identity. At Reepham Primary, as pupils, staff, parents, and governors, we inspire each other to create a dynamic learning environment. Challenge
In order to grow and improve we must be challenged. We believe that, with a little guidance early on, our children are the best people to decide on their own level of challenge, and as such we have created a curriculum which promotes opportunities for learning, confidence building and stretching ourselves. Once children are feeling inspired and confident, our experience is that they naturally push themselves to their limits to be the best they can be. Our children thrive on a challenge based curriculum, balanced with guidance and support. Succeed Together
The best learning cannot happen in isolation; children rarely improve by sitting in silence and listening all day. Collaborative learning experiences, opportunities for discussion and debate and extending each other’s thinking with different viewpoints and opinions are all central to our curriculum. Teamwork is taught and then developed and children are constantly encouraged to share their ideas and support each other. Working together means everyone makes good progress and succeeds.

Our school shop is officially open!

Children in Years 3-6 earn raffle tickets for following our school rules, being helpful and working hard. They can then spend their raffle tickets in our school shop, where they can buy all sorts of things to enhance their school pencils cases.

There are lots of exciting items, from rubber pencil toppers for 40 tickets, to packets and coloured pencils for 100 tickets and even a very exclusive turn-handle pencil sharpener for 500 tickets!

We love this new system as all children are directly rewarded for their good deeds.

Thank you to the wonderful Friends of Reepham Primary School for funding our shop.

Nursery has had a very busy week as they have been exploring people who help us and uniforms. Visitors to the nursery have included a nurse, police officer, doctor and soldier all who shared how they help us and some of the equipment they use. The high light of the week was a visit to Reepham Fire Station to meet the fire fighters, sit in the fire engine and have a go at using the hoses. A very big thank you to everyone who made this week amazing.

Thank you Reepham Primary Families for your overwhelming generosity!

Jamie from North Norfolk Food Bank came to deliver our Harvest Assembly this afternoon. He told us all about the amazing work of the Trussel Trust and food banks.

All your donations were too much to fit in Jamie's car so he is sending a van to collect it all to take to the Food Bank!

Meet our School Council for 2026-27!

On Friday we held our first meeting and the children were issued with their badges. Their first job was to think about a charity they would like our school to support this year. They decided on Nelson's Journey or the NSPCC. Next week, Class Councils will be holding votes to choose the winning charity.

Our School Council system helps children to understand the British Value of Democracy.

Kingfisher Class have been stepping back in time to the Stone Age!

The children created their own Stone Age cave artwork using natural materials, just as people may have done thousands of years ago. They showed fantastic creativity and worked really hard to produce some amazing pieces.

Harriet in Year 4 wrote a letter to ask if she and a friend could host a talent show at the end of term. Of course we said yes! We had a real treat this morning as children from Years 1-4 performed their hearts out, singing, jokes, tap dancing, karate and more! We were also treated to Mrs King playing the piano. What a talented bunch! A big thank you to Harriet and Georgie for hosting a very successful show so well.

It’s almost time! The Year 5/6 performance of GROSSBUSTERS by Craig Hawes will take place on Wednesday and Thursday evening of this week at Reepham High School and it’s not to be missed! Expect laughs, thrills and bum jokes in this new adventures. Start time is 5:30pm on Wednesday and 6:00pm on Thursday. All are welcome and refreshments will be sold by Friends of Reepham Primary School.
