What an exciting day at Redruth Nurseries! We had a special visit from Biffa Recycling Services, and the children were absolutely captivated.

From learning about how recycling works to getting up close with the big recycling truck, our little ones were engaged, curious, and inspired. It's moments like these that bring learning through play to life – showing children real-world environmental responsibility in a way they'll never forget.

A huge thank you to the Biffa team for making this such a memorable experience! Our children are the future guardians of our planet, and experiences like this help them understand why caring for our environment matters.

🐾✨ Today was a pawsitively delightful day at Redruth Nurseries! Our preschool boys took their learning to the next level by caring for and walking our beloved dachshund, Honey! 🐶❤️

They learned that caring for animals is not just about feeding and walking, but also about being gentle, kind, and understanding. It’s all about the little things, like giving Honey a scratch behind the ears and making sure she has plenty of water on our walk! 🌳💧

As they say, ‘A dog is a child’s best friend!’ and today, our boys showed just how much they care. 🥰🐕

Through this fun-filled experience, they discovered the importance of empathy and teamwork. After all, caring for each other and our furry friends is what makes our nursery a special place to grow! 🌈💖

🎉 What an incredible day at the Murdoch Day procession in Redruth town! 🌈 We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate the amazing turnout from our Redruth Nurseries family. A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful parents who joined us, showcasing the incredible community spirit that makes our nurseries so special.

The excitement was palpable as our children participated in the procession, their smiles lighting up the day! It was a joy to see them engage with their peers and the community, embodying our nursery's values of learning through play. Our dedicated staff were right there with them, guiding and cheering them on, reinforcing the strong partnership we have with our parents. Together, we are not just a nursery; we are a vibrant community that nurtures and supports each other.

🌈 When Mr. T meets the REAL A-Team! School readiness has never been this colorful! 🌈

No gold chains or black vans in sight - but we did have our very own Mr. T (the teacher kind!) visit our little ones this week to chat all about what to expect when they head off to big school soon!

Through vibrant parachute games (just look at those colors!), engaging stories, and plenty of play-based activities, our pre-schoolers got a taste of school life from someone who knows it best - a teacher with years of experience in making the classroom a fun place to be!

The children were absolutely buzzing with questions and excitement as they learned about classroom routines, playground fun, and all the amazing adventures that await them in September.

We might be biased, but we think our Redruth Nursery team really ARE the A-Team when it comes to preparing these little superstars for their next big step! Who needs Mr. T's van when you've got a rainbow parachute and a nursery full of eager learners? 😉

Huge thanks to Mr. T for taking time to visit and help make this important transition smoother for our soon-to-be school starters!

🐾 Paws & Learn at Redruth Nurseries! Today was extra special as we welcomed Tracy and her professional mobile dog grooming van to give our beloved nursery dog Honey a full pamper session!

✨ From start to finish, our little ones were absolutely mesmerized watching the whole grooming process. They learned about:
🧴 Professional dog shampoo and why it's different from human shampoo
✂️ The special tools used in dog grooming
🛁 The importance of regular grooming for dogs' health
💕 How to be gentle and patient with animals

👀 The children asked amazing questions and shared their own pet stories while watching Honey being transformed! It was the perfect opportunity to discuss pet care, responsibility, and showing kindness to animals.

🌟 These real-life learning experiences are what make nursery days so special - combining education with fun and creating lasting memories!
