Year 7 are smashing it in Bude! 💪 From conquering high ropes to kayaking (with some top-tier fancy dress thrown in), they’re stepping out of their comfort zones - with surfing still to come! 🏄‍♂️✨

Redhill ParkPlay happens every Saturday morning at Carrington school - free outdoor games for all ages, run by local volunteers, open to everyone.

You don't have to be sporty. There’s no pressure at all, just brilliant fun games outside, played together - kids, parents, grandparents, neighbours.

It's the perfect reason to get everyone off theirscreens and out of the house on a Saturday morning. And once you're there, you won't want to leave.

New faces always welcomed. Register once and then just turn up.

A huge thank you to and for their incredible support towards our Astro Fund campaign! 🌟 Emilia Johnson, an 8-year-old superstar, took matters into her own hands and raised a staggering £814 by walking and running an impressive 200 miles in March while also boosting her keep-ups from 10 to 35! Her determination and perseverance are truly inspiring, and we're thrilled to see her hard work pay off.
The Women's and Girls Football Tournament on 1 May was also a huge success, raising a fantastic £1455. Together, we're making a real difference and creating a brighter future for our community!

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're shining a light on mental wellbeing with SparkFish's 'Think Space' sessions throughout the week and our 'Wear Green' day today, celebrating the strength that comes from open conversations and collective support. We've also raised a fantastic £465.89 for Sparkfish today!

Earlier this week our Headteacher Kerry Oakley was delighted to meet with Anthony Jacks, owner of , to thank him in person for the MAGNIFICENT contribution they have made to our new Astro Pitch project, as we continue to work towards reaching our goal of £200k.

Anthony said "At Merstham Glass, we’re proud to support our local community and sponsoring the new 3G pitch at Carrington School is a perfect example of that. With family ties to the school and connections to Dorking Wanderers FC this is more than just sponsorship, for us it’s personal. We’ve worked with the school on projects before and are delighted to now play a part in something that will benefit so many young people. Great facilities create great opportunities whether that’s developing future talent or simply giving young people a place to play, grow, and be part of a team."
