On Friday 26th September we had the honour and privilege to have professor conduct a children’s and adult seminars. Both seminars were amazing and well done all who were promoted to your next rank. For the kids we have new yellow belts and orange belts; for the adults we have 4 new blue belts, 2 new purple belts and 3 new brown belts. Congratulations 🙌

Kids and teens testing last night, all working hard on their self defence techniques, striking and throwing. Outstanding performance by all.

Congratulations to Kris G on his promotion to Chief Instructor at the academy. Kris has been working hard over the last 10 years and is a solid martial artist. Well done Kris.
