✨ Another fun-filled week at preschool! ✨

We’ve had such a lovely week full of imaginative play, creativity, exploration and lots of smiles! 💕 Here’s a little look at what we’ve been getting up to…

🦁 Safari Adventures 🦒
Our magnetic tiles turned into wonderful safari enclosures, with lots of roaring, exploring and imaginative animal play! 🐘🐒

🐷 Down on the Farm 🐮
We used cereal to create our very own farm scenes with lots of different farm animals. A fantastic activity for developing those little fingers and encouraging creative play! 🌾

🚗 Car Wash Fun! 🧽
The children loved setting up their own car wash, washing, scrubbing and caring for the cars. Lots of lovely role play and turn-taking! ✨

🧚‍♀️ A Little Bit of Fairy Magic 🧚
We stepped into a magical fairy world and let our imaginations take over! There were lots of wonderful stories and adventures along the way. ✨🪄

🏡 Barbies & Dolls House 💕
Our dolls house has been a busy place this week! The children enjoyed caring for the dolls, creating little family stories and enjoying lots of imaginative role play together.

🍕 Pizza, Pizza! 👩‍🍳
We had lots of fun making our own pizzas! The children enjoyed getting hands-on, choosing their toppings and, of course, talking about how delicious they were! 😋🍕

💃 Welcome Back, Lily! 💕
We were so happy to welcome Lily back from Kicks Dance Reigate & Redhill. It was lovely to see her back with her friends and settling straight back into preschool life. 🥰

Welcome back, everyone 😊

What a lovely start to the new term. We’ve had a fantastic time welcoming back all our familiar faces and giving a big warm welcome to our new children who have joined us 🥰

We’ve also been busy making a few changes around the preschool, moving things around and creating some new spaces for the children to explore. It’s been lovely watching them discover the changes and settle back into their surroundings! ✨

We’ve been busy exploring, creating and having lots of fun, so busy that we haven’t taken lots of photos 😂

🚗 Zooming cars around and enjoying lots of imaginative play
🧡 Making colourful patterns and creations with playdough
🏡 Exploring the Happyland village and creating our own little stories
💦 Pouring, filling and exploring with our water play
🚜 Getting busy with the diggers in the cereal — lots of scooping, tipping and transporting!
🧲 Building, balancing and creating with our ever-popular magnetic tiles

It’s been wonderful seeing the children settling back into preschool, making new friends, exploring their surroundings and getting stuck into their play. 🌟

Here’s to a fun-filled term of learning, laughter, new friendships and lots of adventures! 💕✨

🎈☀️ That’s a wrap on another fantastic term! ☀️🎈

What a wonderful way to finish the year! We had so much fun celebrating together with our end-of-term party, delicious treats, and lots of balloons. Thank you Kicks Dance Reigate & Redhill🎉🍬🎈

A huge thank you to all of our amazing families for the thoughtful cards, generous gifts, and kind words. Your support and appreciation mean so much to our whole team.

While it’s always sad to say goodbye to the children who are moving on to their next adventure, we are so proud of everything they have achieved and wish them all the very best as they start their new chapter. We know you’ll all do amazing things! 💛

To all of our wonderful families, thank you for being part of another special year. We hope you have a happy, safe, and relaxing summer, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back next term! 🌞

I would like to thank all my staff for the success of yesterday’s Graduation.
It was a busy and emotional morning , but well appreciated by the parents and families attending and seeing the children graduating and smiling when receiving their certificate and medal.

🎓✨ Preschool Graduation at 100 Acrewood ✨🎓

What a truly special morning we have had at 100 Acrewood as we celebrated the graduation of our wonderful preschool children.

It has been such a privilege to watch each and every one of them grow in confidence, develop new skills, build friendships, and create so many happy memories. Today was a celebration of all they have achieved and the exciting journey that lies ahead as they prepare to start school.

A huge thank you to all of our families for joining us this morning and for your continued support throughout your children’s preschool journey. Sharing these precious milestones with you makes them even more meaningful.

To our amazing graduates – we are so incredibly proud of you all. Keep believing in yourselves, never stop asking questions, and always remember you’ll have a special place in the hearts of everyone here at 100 Acrewood. We know you’ll shine brightly wherever your next adventure takes you.

Congratulations to our Class of 2026! We will miss you all and wish you every happiness and success in your new schools 🎓⭐️🎓

☀️ This Week at Preschool ☀️

We’ve had another fantastic week full of fun, learning, and exploring!

💦 We enjoyed cooling off with some water play, splashing alongside mermaids and fish.
🚜 Our little builders got busy using diggers with wooden bricks to create amazing constructions.
🚒 Imaginative play was in full swing with the dolls house, alongside the fire station and police station.
🐄 Sensory play was a big hit as we explored farm animals in pasta and oats.
🎨 We also spent lots of time drawing, creating, and practising our mark-making skills on the whiteboards.

Outside in the garden, we made the most of the lovely weather by keeping cool in the shade, riding the bikes, building bridges, and having lots of bouncy fun on the dinosaurs 🦖 🦕🦖

It’s been wonderful to see so much creativity, teamwork, and laughter throughout the week. We hope everyone has a lovely weekend, and we can’t wait for more adventures next week! 💛

🌟 What a fun-filled week we’ve had at preschool! 🌟

Our little learners have been busy exploring, creating, and laughing together. This week we’ve enjoyed:

🏡 Playing imaginatively with the dolls’ house
💧 Practising pouring and filling to develop our fine motor skills
✨ Mark making in glitter for some sparkly creativity
🌸 Creating beautiful flower gardens with playdough
🏖️ Digging, building, and exploring in the sand
🎈 Dancing together with the parachute and having lots of active fun with Lily Kicks Dance Reigate & Redhill

One of the biggest highlights of the week was when our staff had a turn on the children’s bikes! 🚲 The children thought it was absolutely hilarious, and their laughter filled the garden 🤣🤣 It’s moments like these that create wonderful memories and remind us that learning is all about having fun together.

We can’t wait to see what adventures next week brings 😊

The sunshine has certainly kept us on our toes this week! 🌞 We’ve been making sure everyone stays happy, safe and cool with lots of refreshing water play and delicious ice pops 🍦💦

Our little learners have been busy exploring and creating with:
💜 Lavender water play – smelling, pouring and splashing!
🏖️ Sand play – building amazing sandcastles fit for royalty!
🧲 Magnetic tiles – using teamwork and imagination to create fantastic structures.
🧱 Foam bricks – building, balancing and problem-solving together.
🚗 Cars and garages – lots of imaginative play, driving and parking adventures!

We hope everyone has a fantastic weekend, and we can’t wait for more adventures next week! Let’s hope for some slightly cooler weather 🌈💛
