Before half term, Year 12 students were given the opportunity to visit the University of Sussex and St Hilda’s College, Oxford to experience life on campus. As a key part of our Sixth Form Careers and Excellence programmes, these visits help students to clarify their personal goals and teach them how to get the most out of their own independent open day visits. From interactive taster lectures and campus tours to talks from student ambassadors about finance and accommodation, the visits give students a true taste of university life and a clear roadmap on how to make it happen.

Our successful SEND department are seeking a SEND Support Assistant to provide in-class support as well as 1:1 support to our SEND students. The appointed person will assist with any behavioural, emotional or safeguarding difficulties that arise during the school day, supervise students and provide keyworker support. Our Year 12 students have been busy looking for work experience for the 15 -19 June 2026. A number of students are keen to improve their skills, insights and employability in the finance sector and are still searching.
