Long time no post!

I have met so many Imagineville customers over the past few months.

Some since my child started new school and some because they are bringing younger siblings to my Friday group in Horley.

More recently I have started working at the in Redhill.

Funny how time can move so slowly yet also so fast!

I read a post this morning that reminded me of all the wonderful support I had while running Imagineville.

One of whom was Simon Bland who I met while doing Reigate and Banstead’s new business entrepreneurs academy.

His dedication to supporting companies and people in Reigate and Banstead, means he can now enjoy his retirement knowing that HE made a difference.

Diamonds are forever, they say! Congratulations to our retiring diamond Simon Bland, Head of Economic Prosperity, who last night won both the Business Person of the Year and the Outstanding Contribution Award at the at this year's Gatwick Diamond Business Awards.

Many in this Borough can attest to Simon's stellar commitment to growing the local economy and in particular his excellent relationship with local businesses. Much deserved.

Congratulations Simon, and happy retirement. We will miss you!

Please support Infinity - Space to grow who are raising much needed books for local families via Stripey Stork

See post below to order and can collect from Horley/Redhill on group delivery 😉

You can just buy books for them or you can buy brand new books for your own family and the money you spend generates us a fund that we can buy books for them.

Thanks for support and please share to family, friends and local groups 😉

MEET THE FOUNDER
This week we will be re-introducing our core team at Infinity and we couldn't start with anyone else, than Kate-our Co-founder and Trustee. Kate, along with Laura co-founded Infinity in April 2019 and there are not many people that she doesn't know or who don't know her in the Redhill/Reigate/Horley area.

Kate is a parent and has a background of over 25 years in Primary teaching, she's SENco trained and she currently supports and teaches within the Home School Network in East Grinstead and Crawley. Kate has lived in the Horley and Earlswood areas for most of her life and has taught in many of the local area schools. She is a well-versed volunteer and has supported many projects in the local area over the years.

Many of you may know Kate for the awesome business that was Imagineville which was a play setting first based in Charlwood, then Redhill before it's final home in Earlswood. Many many children enjoyed the centre over the years and I'm sure would agree that it's missed. Like all amazing things, it's chapter came to an end.

Kate is passionate, caring, supportive and would put everyone first, which is what makes her a wonderful Trustee and Co-founder. She supports local projects across the borough and we are very pleased to have her leading our ship! Kate will be leading our Trustee committee over the next year and we know that she is going to flourish in this role too.

Most of you will remember me with short hair! Well it’s getting chopped - maybe the shortest it’s been for years!

Please read, like and share the post below. Would love to see some of you in person too - next Wednesday evening in Horley ;-)

Thanks so much

Please share with any mums who have had baby in last two years.

Infinity - Space to grow are running zooms on a Tuesday. You don’t have to live locally and you don’t have to be a first time mother.

For local people to Horley in Surrey who have a baby 0-6 months the face to face classes start this week (Fridays).

Please book either space via this link www.bookwhen.com/infinityspacetogrow

Also feel free to share this info where you think appropriate.

Thanks x

We are back!! We never really went away, but we are back in new ways from this week.

We continue to offer parent support classes on Tuesdays 10-11am on Zoom, bookable via the link below. These sessions are open to all mothers and you can pop along if you have a baby or toddler under around 2. It's not exact, but the topics we talk about are relevant for babies up to toddlers. Laura will be running these sessions.

We are delighted to now also be back LIVE on Fridays at Regents Hall from 9:30-11:00am. Lovely Kate will be there in person and we have spaces for 13 mums and their babies. We are following all covid guidelines and are supported by Reigate and Banstead Council in delivering this session.

As usual we will be welcoming lots of guests too!
