Kids Jiu Jitsu boot camp! We managed the distance, shot in for a double leg take down, quick guard pass, mount control and got submitted with an arm bar. Then An epic battle of NERF. Awesome 👏

Day 1 of building out an online platform for students to refer to. We’ve been frantically filming, editing and uploading. First 10 lessons will be ready to view by Christmas 🎄.

Showing respect today in class to remember the fallen. It’s important to share this with our younger students the importance of this act. We talked a lot about gratitude and appreciation. 2 minutes of silence was observed.
