Thanks to Indigo Arts for bringing the festive feel to our Craft Fair with their carol singing today. And thanks to everyone who joined us! Merry Christmas to you all!

The weather is looking better tomorrow so come and browse our Craft stalls to buy some unique gifts.

Several stalls are different from last week. Tomorrow we have amongst other things, homemade jams, wood creations, knitted and crochet items, clay crafts, Christmas decorations and more.

We are open 11 -4 with carol singing throughout the day from Indigo Arts and carols round the tree at 3.15.

We have decided to finish our ‘Craft Fair in the Cloisters’ event on Sunday with something traditional and festive!

Join us with Indigo Arts for some carols around the tree at 3.15 before you head home!

A week today is our first Craft Fair event.

On the 5th we will be joined by Alcester Victoria Silver Band and on the 12th by carol singers from our good friends Indigo Arts.

Don’t forget if you wish to visit Father Christmas at the event, it is bookings in advance this year. We are now pretty much booked up for the 12th so if you wish to visit get booking for the 5th!

Don’t forget tomorrow is our Heritage Open Day from 10am -4pm. Entry into the site and museum is free tomorrow. There will be music with Indigo Arts, tours of the museum and abbey site with our volunteers, model boats, Royal Enfield bikes, Redditch Local History Society displays, Marvel artwork with Lee Bradley, artwork from Arts in Redditch and more!

Thanks to everyone who joined us this evening for our ‘Summer Sounds’ music event! Weather wasn’t quite what we envisaged or what was forecast but we all had fun dancing in the rain thanks to Forró Tempo and The Violettes. Thank you to Indigo Arts for their support with the event.

Only 2 weeks until we host this event in our covered cloisters area to celebrate World Cocktail Day!
We have music from Celine Dommart and Montparnasse providing a lovely atmosphere to the evening.

Come and join Indigo at Forge Mill next weekend, we are singing both days in the afternoon.

This coming weekend, Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th May 2022, from 10.00am to 4.30pm Forge Mill Needle Museum hosts the popular 1940s weekend.
This was a regular event before the lockdown, and it is great to have it back.
Here, you can travel back in time to the 1940s and get a taste of life in World War 2 Britain.
Come and meet costumed re-enactors and see period vehicles.
Bring the whole family! ADULTS £4.00, CHILDREN FREE, this includes entry into the museum.
In the evening of Saturday 7th from 7.00 to 10.00pm is an evening of 1940s music in the cloisters with the Violettes and Helen Pearson. Tickets (£6.00) for the evening event need to be purchased in advance - see http://www.forgemill.org.uk/web/events/ for details.
