P&E Sports Lettings Ltd is looking for a Customer Service & Bookings Administrator to join our growing team in Redditch.

📍 Based at Arrow Vale Sports Centre, Redditch
💷 £25,000–£27,000 depending on experience
⏰ 37 hours per week
🏠 Office-based initially, with potential for hybrid working once established

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident speaking with customers, comfortable managing bookings and enquiries, and able to provide a really high standard of customer service.

The role will involve handling customer enquiries, converting enquiries into bookings, supporting our venue teams, managing booking systems and assisting with payments and memberships.

Summer 2026 - Completed ✅

WOW what an amazing Summer! Across the holidays, thousands of children and young people took part in our holiday camps, open play sessions and Redditch World Cup events.

⚽ 4,417 attendances
📅 70 activity days & sessions
⏱️ 360 hours of organised activity
👥 25 paid local staff
🌟 80% of our team aged 16–24
💷 £50,000 invested into our Redditch summer provision

For us, the numbers are only part of the story.

Our aim was to give local children and young people somewhere safe, affordable, active and positive to spend their summer holidays, while also creating paid employment opportunities for young people from Redditch.

A huge thank you to our staff for making it happen, to every child and family who joined us, and to HAF Worcestershire and Redditch Borough Council for supporting our summer provision. ❤️

We’re excited to launch TWO brand-new dance classes at Arrow Vale Academy, Redditch! 🖤❤️

💃 Dance Fusion Class (Ages 6–12+)
One class, many styles! Explore Contemporary, Commercial, Lyrical, Jazz, Musical Theatre and more while developing performance skills and making new friends.

🔥 Freestyle Disco Dance (Ages 6–11+)
A fun, energetic class, exciting routines and plenty of personality! Children will learn freestyle dance moves, work on their technique, coordination and performance skills, all while developing routines. It’s all about getting moving, building confidence and having fun!

Two fantastic weeks of Summer Holiday Camps completed! 🙌⚽🎨

Both our Trinity Football Camp and Arrow Vale Multi Activity Camp were completely full again - thank you to everyone who has joined us!

We rounded off the week this afternoon with a brilliant Redditch World Cup at Arrow Vale, with over 70 young people (11-16yr olds).

⚽ REDDITCH WORLD CUP – TOMORROW! ⚽

After another brilliant week of afternoon football sessions at Arrow Vale, tomorrow sees our second Redditch World Cup of the summer!

More than 50 young people competed last week, and we are hoping for another fantastic turnout.

Today we host our first Redditch World Cup, and it is completely FREE to attend.
