Today, our current SCITT trainees took part in an inspiring employability session delivered by the brilliant team at Smile Education.

At BMAT, we believe teacher training is about so much more than gaining QTS. It’s about building confidence, understanding your value as a future teacher, and feeling fully supported as you take your next steps into the profession. Sessions like this – alongside tailored mentoring, personalised support and real classroom experience – are all part of how we prepare our trainees for a successful career in teaching.
