Another of those bittersweet Baby Cafe goodbyes… 💕🥹
Yesterday we said a very special “see you soon” to four gorgeous mamas and their beautiful babies as they take the next big step and head back to work after almost a whole year of Baby Cafe cuddles, chats, support, friendships and precious memories. ❤️
Charlotte & baby Evelyn, Naomi & baby Flora, Hope & baby Callie, and Hannah & baby Rosie — it has been such a joy watching you & your little ones grow while getting to know you all over these past months.
From those early days of tiny newborns to the gorgeous, curious little people they are now… and from new unsure mamas to the confident ones you are now, what what a journey it has been! 🥰
I know returning to work can bring such a mixture of emotions — excitement, nerves, sadness and everything in between. It’s a HUGE milestone for both mama and baby, and I hope you all know just how brilliantly you’ve done.
Baby Cafe will definitely feel a little quieter without you all, and I’m going to miss seeing your familiar faces every week.
But this isn’t goodbye… it’s farewell for now. ❤️
Thank you for allowing me to be a tiny part of your journeys through motherhood and for all the cuddles, conversations, laughter and memories along the way.
Go smash that next chapter, gorgeous mamas. You’ve got this! 💪🏼❤️

Another bittersweet day at Baby Cafe for me today. 🥹💔
After 11 wonderful months of enjoying having this gorgeous mama & baba with us, the time has come for Joanna to return to work. 😢
Theo has grown into such a gorgeously, playful little fella, and his beautiful mama has been an absolute joy to have at Baby Cafe. Watching them both grow, sharing the highs, the challenges, the cuddles and the conversations is one of the very special parts of what I do. ❤️
These are the days I really don’t enjoy… saying farewell to families who have become such a familiar and loved part of Baby Cafe is always bittersweet.
But this is farewell, not goodbye. ❤️
Joanna & Theo, thank you for being such a lovely part of our Baby Cafe family. You’ll always be welcome back for cuddles, catch-ups and, of course, to show me how much Theo has grown! 🥰
Good luck with your return to work, Joanna — you’ve been amazing. ❤️

If you have a baby from birth up to walking, we’d love you to come and join us at our friendly Baby Café ☕️ 🍪
Run by a Specialist Midwife, IBCLC (Lactation Consultant) & Infant Feeding Consultant, Baby Café is a warm, safe and confidential space where you can meet other mums and babies, access expert feeding support, have your questions answered, or simply enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
🕙 10:00am – 12:00pm
💙 Baby Café: £1 per family
⚖️ Stay, Pay & Weigh: £5 (please bring your baby’s Red Book)
