Three very special women who deserve a huge shoutout this week. ❤️

🌟 Monday — Leanne

Leanne should be SO proud of herself. 🥹❤️

I remember how nervous she was when she first came to class, and watching her confidence grow has honestly been amazing.

Now she just goes for it. She gives it her all, she smiles, she has fun and you can really see how much more comfortable and confident she feels.

She has such a brilliant character and brings such lovely energy to the room. I really hope she knows how amazing she is, because she absolutely deserves to feel proud of herself. 🥰

🌟 Wednesday — Hajni

Hajni s one of those people who makes a community what it is. ❤️

She comes twice a week, every single week, and gives it EVERYTHING.

She's kind to everyone, laughs constantly, makes people feel welcome and brings such a huge personality and energy into every class.

She's genuinely one of the kindest people, and such an inspiring woman. We'd honestly be lost without her! ❤️

🌟 Thursday — Sue

Sue is such a huge part of our team, and she brings so much happiness, laughter and joy with her every week. ❤️

Whatever she has going on, she still turns up and brings her A game. What I really admire about her is that she always seems to find that little bit of light and that silver lining in everything.

It's great to see her putting herself first and giving herself time to laugh!

She deserves to feel proud of herself. ❤️

Three completely different women, but all three make our classes brighter just by being in them.

I love comments like this one from this morning's class! Because that's what it's all about!

Seeing people come into my classes, switch off for an hour, laugh, move, sweat and leave feeling good is exactly why I do what I do.

Saturday mornings started right with movement, sweat, laughter, self love ...and a trainer launching across the room at one point too!! 😂

Thunderstorms genuinely scare me, but last night we just turned up the music so we couldn’t hear it, and the lightning just acted as an extra disco light. 😂⚡️

Not even a storm could stop us! 💃

Sometimes, when you’re with the right people, it doesn’t matter what storms are going on around you...they somehow make it feel like the sun is still shining. ☀️❤️

Small but mighty ⛈️💃

Stormy weather tried its best to keep us away last night… but we still got our Zumba fix! 😂💃

A smaller class, but we definitely made up for it in energy! A good dance, plenty of laughs and the perfect way to clear our heads after the storm. ❤️

Apparently September is the new January… so if you’ve been waiting for a fresh start, THIS IS IT! 🙌

I can’t wait to see you all back soon! 🥰💃

Tonight’s little motivational sticker felt VERY relatable. 🌧️✨

The storm kept a few people away from Zumba tonight, so it was a much quieter class than usual, but those who came absolutely gave it everything! 💪🏼

It was probably the sweatiest class we’ve had in a long time, but we had SO much fun. We danced, laughed, worked hard and all left feeling great. ❤️

So here’s your little reminder:

Storms don’t last forever. 🌈

Whatever your storm looks like right now, remember, brighter days will come.

And most importantly, you’re not alone. You’ve got a whole community behind you. ❤️

Sometimes you just need to put the music on, have a good dance and sweat it out. 🥰

Our ray of sunshine! Janine brings so much happiness and joy every week. She absolutely goes for it, and it’s been so lovely welcoming her into the group over the last few weeks and watching her confidence grow. She smiles, gives it her all and is such a wonderful member of the group. ❤️

💃 Wednesday — Christina
Our front row diva! Christina brings the MOVES every single week and consistently brings amazing energy to the front row. She’s awesome, and we’re so grateful to have her in the group! 👑

🎉 Thursday — Veronica
Our bundle of fun! Veronica is such a good laugh and an absolute joy to have in the group. She gives it her all and brings the BEST feel good energy to the room every week. 💕✨
