Looking for an amazing Summer Holiday Club? We have 3! 🌞
Bookings are now OPEN for our HAF Summer Holiday Clubs at Redditch, Bromsgrove and Tenbury with HAF Worcestershire.

Our YMCA Worcestershire holiday clubs are packed with fun, giving kids the chance to try new things, make new friends, keep active and enjoy an unforgettable summer in a safe, welcoming environment.

Activities include (but are not limited to):
⚽️ Sporting Activities
🎨 Arts, Crafts & Creative Activities
🏊‍♀️Water sports and life skills
🛼Roller skating
🍎Healthy Meals & Snacks Included
🤓Trained & Experienced Youth Workers
📱Bookable through the Eequ portal.

Our YMCA Worcestershire Maintenance team have been hard at work making improvements to our outdoor play area and what a marvellous job they've done! It's safe, inviting and fresh and the children are thrilled to have their slide back!

At Squirrels Nursery Redditch, we loved welcoming our families to our Father’s Day Breakfast this week. From shared stories to breakfast nibbles to those all‑important morning cuddles, it was a beautiful reminder of the bond between children and the grown‑ups who care for them.

Father’s Day is a chance to celebrate dads, grandads, step‑dads, uncles and every father figure who brings strength, kindness and fun into a child’s world. But it’s also a moment to honour the incredible network of parents, guardians and caregivers who show up every day with patience, encouragement and love.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special. Your presence means more than you know — and your children feel it most of all.

🌟 Tiny Talk at First Class Nursery! 🌟

Our wonderful Bees room have been getting hands-on (literally!) with something extra special recently — sign language sessions with Tiny Talk 🐝✨

Tiny Talk introduce babies and young children to simple signs and gestures to support communication — even before speech fully develops 💬👐 It’s all about building confidence, reducing frustration, and helping little ones express their needs, feelings and ideas in a fun, engaging way.

The children have absolutely loved learning new signs through songs, stories and play 🥰 It’s amazing to see their confidence grow as they start using signs to communicate with each other and our team. These early communication skills are so important for supporting language development, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing ❤️

We’re so proud of our children — they’ve been buzzing with excitement every session! 🐝💛
