💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

Sometimes what’s going on inside isn’t obvious from the outside.
Today is a reminder to check in. With yourself. With a mate. With a colleague. With someone you haven’t heard from in a while.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes simply asking “How are you, really?” and taking the time to listen can mean more than you realise.

Across Redditch, there are people, businesses, charities and organisations doing their bit to support better mental health and create places where people feel welcome and supported.

Let’s keep the conversation going, today and every day. 💙
