My door opens on Monday as usual for the Summer holiday fun to begin ☀️

What a fabulous Summer we’ve had! ☀️

By looking at my camera roll I can’t even begin to start uploading all my photos (sorry!) but all the families have them individually 📸 🥰

However… we have made so many memories, had so much fun and definitely plenty of laughs! 😂😍

Thank you to all my families for your continued support it really does mean the world to me ❤️

2 week break for me now with my own boys

Wacky Wednesday!

We left the house at 9:30am and the children were full of energy!

We arrived at kirkleatham about 10:20am and our first stop was the adventure playground!

Children ran climbed and swang to their hearts content!

We even joined in with a game of football with others in the park! It was lovely to see everyone playing together!

Then time to fill up our energy levels with our picnic 🧺

Once everyone’s batteries recharged we went to explore the museum.

Children had lots of fun exploring the many outfits worn by children and adults during World War Two, then we took a trip to the future and explored British Steel. We even found a photo of Emma’s Dad

Then we went back in time again to the 8th century where we learnt to live like a Viking

Then we left Viking country and went to explore the Artic regions. We found an igloo and we were given the resources to build our own igloos 🧊

We also had an encounter with a real life Polar Bear! 🐻‍❄️

After that we plunged into a Victorian playground where we were able to explore some toys that they played with and some toys that are a little more from our century!

Children explored the hoop and stick albeit no one quite managed it but lots of effort was made.

We played connect four and throw bean bags at a target. We even tried to get the ball into the cone!

After all that excitement we went to woods to play hide and seek! Lots of fun was had by everyone!

Final stop was to Aldi for refreshments and lots of ice creams to help cool down on our journey home!

Arriving back about 3pm!

It’s been non stop, the children have been amazing and I hope lots of memories made! ☀️

Today we gave our lollipop man a present and a thank you card to say a massive thank you for always being patient with us!

He waits for us and he always goes above and beyond to ensure we cross the road safely!
Risking his life some days 😬

We are eternally grateful for all your hard work

🌟 INFO for Nursery parents 🌟

Tomorrow is National Offer Day for Primary Admissions

(children starting Reception in Sep 2025).

The allocation emails will be released for all online applications within the early hours and for anyone who requested a letter, rather than email, and for those who applied on paper, letters will be posted out 2nd class tomorrow.
