I worked 2 hours yesterday morning, had a great family day and did an hours work when my son was in bed

🏡 I've been working from home for 19 years, totally flexibly around raising 2 active boys and have helped thousands of people to do the same. It's been interesting to watch the rest of the world "catch up"

Too hot to work today, so half day it is! Had a word with myself and I said I could clock off at midday 🤪🥵

H O N E S T Y

So the summer holidays are here, had a weekend away, first one in 6 months and loved it, a weeks holiday coming up and can't wait to get away to stop thinking, worrying and to recharge in the sun with my boys!

I will be relaxing and eating and drinking what I want (in moderation obvs) so I know come the 'Back To School' days I'll be ready for some new and better habits and be a healthy me!

So my mindset will be in the right place to set new health goals to finish 2020 feeling strong, feeling good about me and being the best 'me' I can and role model for my son.

But first pass me the holiday menu! 🤣

In what has been and still is uncertain times, feeling proud we have grown our business in lockdown, including July!

Also managed to requalify for another incentive 🤩

So many people looking for something different now and wanting more freedom, I'm passionate to help as many as I can, more so now.

Make a plan, don't take anything for granted and be super kind to all! 🥰

So good to be back out with the gang at HIIT in the park all be it in the crap weather and yes we we're all being safe and social distancing! 😁🤩💪

Excited and happy this morning I get to see real humans, local deliveries by bike now and yes I'm being safe! Just missing that cuppa and cake 🤣🤩🚴‍♀️
