☀️ Update for this week ☀️

Classes at County Dance are running as normal this week, but we’ll be adapting sessions to suit the warmer weather.

We’ll be focusing more on:
• slower dances
• technique and detail
• lower-intensity practice

Please bring:
• a full water bottle
• a small towel
• a handheld or personal fan if you have one
• light, comfortable clothing

Please don’t feel you need to push through if you feel too hot, tired, dizzy or uncomfortable — just let us know and take a break.

We’ll keep things sensible, paced and enjoyable.
