It's that time of year again, when I will be a ride angle for Women Vs Cancer Ride the Night in two weeks. I am really looking forward to helping all the amazing women riding a 100km (62 miles) to help others. ðĩââïļðĪðð

On Saturday morning I meet up with a client that was having problems when descending. We looked at what the issues were and worked out a plan and worked on it. Needless to say things improved and we had fun as we worked on their new skills and my client went home happy. ðīðžââïļ
I hope to be running some confidence courses in the near future once I find a venue.
That was a couple of stressful day without a single bike working. I have now fixed one of them and I now have the parts to fix one of the other two broken bikes this morning and I am a happy cyclist again. ðīðžââïļððĶĩðŠð

A Wet Afternoon Ride and a Rescue ðīðžââïļðąðĪĢððĪĢððĪĢ
I was having a nice if not damp ride and I was about three miles from home and I had a front wheel blowout as I was descending at speed.. ðą a wobble here and there later I managed to stop ððĪŠ then I called for help and I had walked about 1.5 miles before it arrived. Who said cycling isn't fun. ððĪĢððĪĢð

I have done two rides this week so far this week the first one on Monday was 38.59 miles and yesterday I done a recovery ride of 9.13 miles to help free up my hips. I was going to go out for a ride again today and because of the time I finished work this morning and the heat when I got up, I decided not to go out on the bike today. Instead I opted to stay in and do some light weights and stretches to work on my weakness.
Stay safe in this hot water and stay hydrated train sensibly if you have to do any training.
No cycling this weekend having a weekend of chilling under canvas down the lake and I never went fishing.

Just been to the gym for the first time in years to start working on my core and some other weaknesses that have creeped in overtime. Yes it was hard work but I had a great time, thanks to Pat for putting me through my paces this morning. Work your weakness to build on your strengths.ðïļððīðžââïļðââïļðŠðĶĩðð

Had a great time out on the bike this morning with Natasha Worsfold and Kate. We done a warm up then we had a game of overlap's. Post ride recovery lunch was two poached eggs on a muffin and avocado and chilli with salad.

Over the last few days we have had a couple of nice rides. This amazing lady has worked so hard over this year. She's been working towards riding Women Vs Cancer Ride the Night and Ride London 100. Now we're working on plan's for next year.
