Despite only having a few hours available, we still managed to make good headway in the bedroom!

With some time put aside to have a quick whizz around the bathroom, and file some paperwork, after 3hrs, the bedroom is now clutter free, and a more peaceful space to relax in.

The joy of decluttering is when the customer messages you shortly after you've gone, to say they've caught the bug, and did their own mini decluttering session straight afterπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ‘

Its been my busiest year since I began this business, but just had time to squeeze in a Newbie before the new year begins πŸ˜ŠπŸ™Œ

Several projects pencilled in going forward, but today was a deep dive into a good few years of paperwork, catergorising, and setting up a useable filing system. Even managed to find some long lost pension paperwork πŸ’ͺ

Left the client with some 'homework'... sorting through 2 boxes of paper, deciding what needed recycling, shredding or rehoming. So proud to report that within hours of me leaving, she messaged to say she'd already done it 😁⭐️ Amazing!!πŸ‘πŸ‘

As ever, lovely to get some great feedback that night....makes my day πŸ₯°

Annoyingly, only remembered mid job to take picsπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ€£ so just a small snapshot of the before and after... but a full sized desk to the left is also completely clear and ready for business πŸ™Œ

Looking forward to getting stuck in on my return visits. There's a list... LOVE a list πŸ˜œπŸŽ‰

Due to the school holidays, my customer only had an hour to spare between WFH and childcare!
So enough time to sort out this little corner, that had been used as a dumping ground between bedrooms! Eventually, this space will be used as a laundry store, but for now, things in bags/baskets, ready to be moved to their rightful homes.

New customer today, who needed a little TLC for the kitchen.
Due to poor health recently, she just needed a deep clean and a reset, and 4hrs later, its back to a useable, tidy space. And a very happy customer πŸ₯°πŸ™Œ See you in September!!

✨️The beginning of a multi room job, starting with the girls' bedroom....part 1!

✨️In just 2 hours, beds and floor were cleared, wardrobe tidied, clothes sorted and folded, ready for my return visit next week, to get everything in order, and bags of clothes and toys ready to go to charity. πŸ’ͺ

✨️ The most important stage of any Decluttering journey is catergorising first, removing unwanted clutter, allowing us to see what storage is available, and how best to utilise it.

✨️So this is just the beginning, but already a big step forward in just 2 hours!!

🌟A huge thank you to everyone who has let me into their homes over the past few years, and continue to do so.

🌟As such, I am currently at full capacity for the foreseeable future ( possibly until the New Year!!😳) and will be unable to take on new clients!

Its been a while....πŸ™ŠπŸ€£
The past 6 months have been pretty full on, hence the lack of posts. For most of my jobs, I have been unable to use customer photos due to GDPR reasons, but today I visited one of my long standing customers for what we call her monthly 'Home reset'!

The Decluttering was done a long time ago, but now I regularly pop by to whizz round and give a good tidy up.

As with so many of my customers, time is not on their side, running busy households, kids and work commitments. Add illness, neuro divergency, physical impairment,etc and it can soon stacks up and becomes quite overwhelming 😏 No amount of sticky labels and organised storage boxes can fix it all 😜

So if I go quiet again, rest assured Im still working hard in the background!! In fact, June and most of July are already fully booked πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

20years of paperwork and memorabilia in this ladies bedroom left her feeling overwhelmed, but after a few hours going through every box and bag, the bedroom is now a more organised and peaceful environment.
