Westwood Farm Community Pre-School Westwood Farm Community Pre-School is for children aged 2.5 to five. The pre-school is committed to preparing your child for compulsory education.

We are a registered charity and our number is 294802. Westwood Farm Community Pre-School officially started at Purley Memorial Hall in September 1965. In 1975 we moved to our current premises at Westwood Farm Community Centre. The pre-school is run by a voluntary management committee made up of parents and members of the local community, and serves children from the surrounding area. We are registered to care for 26 children aged 3-5 years. Currently there are over 40 children on our register, all of whom receive government funding for nursery education. Children can attend a variety of morning or afternoon sessions. They can attend whole days through attending our supplementary Lunch Club, which runs between the morning and afternoon sessions and is paid for by parents on a termly basis. Our pre-school is able to support children with learning difficulties and disabilities, and children who speak English as an additional language.

Today we said a sad and emotional goodbye to lots of our Pre-Schoolers who are starting at their new schools in September. We wish them all the very best for their next chapter and we will miss them all.
We look forward to seeing the other children back at Pre/School in September when we also look forward to welcoming all our new children and their families.
We would like to thank all of our parents for all of the lovely and very generous gifts. They are all very appreciated.

What a fantastic day…the children loved meeting the animals, feeding the deer, stroking the chickens, trying their hand at milking a model cow, and exploring the adventure trail. Wonderful memories made before the end of term. Thank you for having us Bucklebury Farm ☀️❤️
