Goals Need Action
Every student has a goal.
Their next belt.
Their next grading.
One day becoming a Black Belt.
Goals are reached through action, not wishes.
Every class is another step closer.

๐ Today is A level and T Level Results Day!
Good luck to all our KickFit students receiving their results today. Whatever your results, be proud of the consistent effort that has brought you this far.
Congratulations if you achieved the results needed for your university place, apprenticeship, further training or job. Embrace your next opportunity, remain curious and explore the subjects and experiences that inspire you. Finding something you care about can make learning, and the hard work behind it, much more rewarding.
If your results were not what you hoped for, remember that one set of grades does not define you or determine what you can achieve. Take time to understand your options, listen to good advice and commit fully to your next step.
Martial arts teaches us that progress rarely comes from one perfect performance. It comes from attending consistently, learning from setbacks and trying again. The same qualities that help you succeed in the dojo, including discipline, resilience, perseverance and self belief, can help you succeed in education, work and every part of life.
Let your instructor know how you got on today. We would love to hear about your achievements and your next step.
Here is Kyoshi Ken Pankiewiczโs story:
โMy first A level results in 1987 were poor. However, my martial arts training had taught me to persevere. I resat my exams the following year and dramatically improved my results, allowing me to study at the University of Leeds.
At university, I developed the skills and confidence to set up the KickFit Martial Arts schools. That experience became part of a journey which has now lasted 35 years.
As KickFit celebrates its 35th anniversary, we have an outstanding professional instructor team teaching 500 students across seven schools. None of this happened overnight. It was built through consistent effort, resilience and a willingness to keep learning.โ
Your results are one moment in your journey. They are not the end of your story.
What could you achieve through consistency, resilience and perseverance?

Don't Press Pause on Progress
Taking a break often means losing confidence, fitness and routine.
Keeping just two classes each week protects everything they've worked so hard to achieve.
Stay consistent.
Your future self will thank you.

Every Class Moves You Forward
Every lesson teaches something.
A better kick.
More confidence.
Greater focus.
A stronger mindset.
Even small improvements become huge over time.
Never underestimate one good class.

This week is Bring a Friend Week at KickFit!
If your child has a friend who has ever wanted to try martial arts, now is the perfect time to invite them along.
Your child won't just train beside their friend. They'll help welcome them, encourage them and show them what it's like to be part of the KickFit team.
It's a great confidence boost for both children.
Your friend will experience:
๐ฅ A fun beginner martial arts class
๐ Safe, professional instruction
โญ Confidence building activities
๐ A warm welcome from our instructors and students
For the best experience, we recommend bringing your friend to one of our Basic Classes, where they'll be training alongside other beginners.
Your child must attend the class with their friend.
If your preferred class isn't a Basic Class, don't worry. Your instructor will help you choose the best session.
Spaces are limited in each class, so please book before attending.
We can't wait to welcome some new faces and help your child share everything they've been learning at KickFit.
See you in class!

The Hard Days Are the Ones That Count
Some days it's hot.
Some days your child wants to play with friends.
Some days staying at home feels easier.
Those are exactly the days that build character.
Martial arts isn't meant to be easy. It teaches students to do the right thing even when they don't feel like it.
That lesson stays with them for life.
Thank you for helping your child keep their commitment.
See you in class.
