We are delighted to announce that adult lessons are to resume week commencing 17th May. All classes will be on a similar timetable to the one Sue was running at the end of last year due to Rivermeads reduced opening hours.
Children’s classes resumed last month.
All previous Covid secure measures, including social distancing and children over 5 wearing a mask to walk through the centre, are to remain in place until further notice.

Sue has been getting in touch with parents and students via text or email in regards to the completion of a consent form. This form will need to be completed by all student/parents prior to the return of classes.

Sue is currently in correspondence with Rivermead and working on policies and risk assessments to enable the safe return of dance lessons.

Sue is missing you all massively and has been keeping herself busy by making these wonderful masks!
She is waiting to hear from Rivermead as to whether their impending opening includes capacity for the dance school so watch this space for news there.

Coronavirus Update
Temporary suspension of lessons;
Following the latest government advice - which includes social distancing measures - the council has taken the decision to close the following buildings to the public with effect from Tuesday 17 March 2020:
Libraries
Town Hall
Leisure centres
Museum
Arts and theatres
Community buildings
Civic offices
Due to the closure of Rivermead Lesuire Centre I have no choice but to temporarily suspend dance lessons. The current advise and guidance is fluid and changing daily, but I will do my upmost to keep you all updated.
Wishing you and all of your families good health in these unsettling times. Stay safe, and if you’re missing classes pop on your dance shoes and practise in your living room.
