Sometimes a bathroom ceiling takes a whole day, and can even be 2 visits. Heres why:

This prime example was the rental property ceiling that just kept giving! Water leak stains, flaking, peeling, mould, cracks and grime!

All needs scrsping then cleaning off, mould remover used, Zinsser PeelStop applied, cracks filled, then sanded with electric sander and dust extraction system. Everything primed (Zinsser 123), before 2 final coats of specialist paint (Zinsser PermaWhite Matt)....oh and then there's the drying time between processes... Looks great now!

(Actually did the walls as well, while I was there..and am not sponsored by Zinsser!!)

This crack looked minor, until I investigated further! No need to panic - just follow a process:1. Clean it all out and ...

This crack looked minor, until I investigated further! No need to panic - just follow a process:
1. Clean it all out and hoover.
2. Seal with pva or PeelStop.
3. For deep cracks, bond with R-Kem resin - dries super quick and rock hard.
4. A layer of Toupret Fill Flex..contains tiny fibres to provide flexible strength.
5. Finish with powdered filler.
6. Prime and paint.

...just paint over it!

Yet another flaking bathroom ceiling. Mould killer on any black spots, then scrape and rub down affected areas and coat with Peel Stop. Then 2 coats of Zinsser CeilingPro.
