🌿 Welcome to Our Woods 🌿

How lucky are we to spend a beautiful sunny morning exploring our private woodland! ☀️🌳

From discovering nature to enjoying outdoor adventures, there's always something exciting to explore. We love watching our children learn, play, and thrive in the great outdoors. 🍂🐞

At Jubilee Gems, growing and caring for edible plants is an important part of our curriculum. From their very first days with us, children explore the outdoors, discover natural treasures, and learn about the world around them through hands-on experiences.

Recently, we've been harvesting some of our last courgettes and tomato's, spotting ripe pumpkins ready to be picked, and admiring our beautiful sunflowers. As summer draws to a close, we're looking forward to welcoming autumn and all the exciting seasonal changes and outdoor discoveries it will bring.

🌿🏆 We’re so proud! 🏆🌿

We’re delighted to share that Jubilee has won 2nd place in the Primary & Nursery category at the Newbury Show! 🎉👏

This year’s theme was “Outdoor Classroom”, which was just perfect for us! 🌳🌱 Outdoor learning is such a huge part of life at Jubilee, so we loved creating a display that celebrates our passion for learning outdoors and the wonderful opportunities our children have to explore, discover and learn in nature.

If you’re heading to the Newbury Show this weekend, make sure you pop into the Education Tent and have a look at our display! 👀🌿

📸 We’ll be sharing more photos of our display next week, so keep an eye out!

We are proud to have supported our local food bank and community for many years and are once again collecting donations for the Harvest Festival appeal.
As part of our Eco-Schools journey, we love helping children learn about caring for others and supporting their local community.

💛 Thank you to all of our families for your continued generosity. Every donation makes a difference. 💛

World First Aid Day! 🩹💚

Yesterday was World First Aid Day, and at Jubilee, keeping our children and community safe is always at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to house a community defibrillator unit on-site and prioritize continuous Paediatric First Aid training for our team.

🌮🧀 Quesadillas are always a popular choice on the teatime menu at Jubilee! 🧀🌮

We've created a video to show you exactly how we make ours at nursery. This simple recipe is perfect for getting children involved in the kitchen, whether they're helping to chop ingredients, sprinkle the cheese, or fold the wraps.
If you'd like to get creative, why not add some extra ingredients such as chicken, mince, or onions to make your own tasty version?
A quick, easy, and delicious meal that's perfect for little chefs to help make at home! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🌮

🌿🥕☔ What better way to spend a wet afternoon than in Herby HQ making delicious vegetable and mud soup! The children had lots of fun mixing, stirring, and creating their own muddy masterpieces, using a variety of vegetables, herbs, and plenty of imagination. A little rain certainly didn't stop the fun! 😊🍲🌱
