🍰🏆 The Famous JETS Bake Off is Back! 🏆🍰

Every Summer Holiday Club, the children eagerly look forward to one of our most popular events... The Famous JETS Bake Off!

This year, four teams took on the challenge, creating four delicious bakes. From mixing and decorating to working together as a team, the children put in a fantastic effort and showed off some amazing baking skills.

The big question is... which one would you choose? 🤔🍪🧁🍰

A huge well done to all our young bakers for their creativity, teamwork, and tasty creations! 👏

🧪⭐ Science Week is always a big hit at JETS, and one of the favourite activities is always the volcano experiment! 🌋

All the hard work paid off when the volcano erupted, much to the excitement of the children. What a brilliant way to explore science and have fun at the same time! 🎉👏

This week, Dinky Diamonds enjoyed a trip to the woods to go blackberry picking. They carefully collected the berries and brought them back to nursery, where they squished them to create beautiful blackberry paintings and mixed them into their homemade playdough for some sensory fun. Of course, we couldn't resist tasting a few too!

As predicted, the children have absolutely loved exploring Herby HQ! We have already seen lots of wonderful creativity, including plenty of mud pies being made and some fantastic turmeric paintings being created. It has been wonderful to watch the children use their imaginations, get hands-on with natural materials, and enjoy all that Herby HQ has to offer.

This week at Jets, the children had a fantastic time at the farm learning how to groom and care for the horses. They enjoyed getting up close to the animals and developing new skills while having lots of fun!

Exciting news! 🌿

Our mud kitchen has had a complete revamp and refresh and is now officially known as Herby HQ! 🌱✨

We can't wait to get stuck in creating delicious mud pies, brewing magical herb teas, and exploring all the wonderful sights, smells, and textures our new space has to offer.

Herby HQ is ready for plenty of outdoor adventures, imaginative play, and messy fun. We can't wait to see what amazing creations are made! 🍃☕🥣

Our Jets have been busy developing their woodwork skills this week!
Working together, they built new bird boxes for our woodland area and learned how to whittle sticks safely. And, of course, it wouldn't be Jets without some large-scale painting fun too! 🎨👏

We are delighted to share that we have maintained a 5 (Very Good) Environmental Health rating, the highest rating awarded, across our kitchens.
This fantastic achievement would not be possible without our incredible team.
Well done to everyone for their continued hard work and dedication in maintaining such high standards.

🌟 What a Fantastic First Week at Jets Holiday Club! 🌟

We've had an amazing first week at Jets, packed full of fun, adventure, and plenty of smiles! 😊

One of the highlights was our day in the woods, where the children embraced the great outdoors and enjoyed a variety of exciting activities. They had great fun building dens, climbing trees, picking blackberries, making their own pizzas, toasting s'mores over an open fire, and taking part in bug hunts. There were lots of opportunities to explore, learn new skills, and create wonderful memories with friends.
