Palmer Park Leisure Centre & Stadium in Reading offers weekly inclusive cycling sessions on Wednesday mornings from 11am to noon.
They take place at the centre's velodrome and are led by qualified instructors. A range of adapted bikes is available to suit a wide range of abilities and people with different needs.
The sessions are open to anyone aged 4+. Please note that a parent or carer must attend the session.
Places cost £5.25 per person who is cycling.
