I am qualified to level 3 in Early years care and education and have 17+ years experience. We both have full DBS checks and also have training in safeguarding children and first aid, along with others. My 9 year old daughter is at school all day, my 4 year old son goes to preschool in the mornings and my 19 month old son is at home with us during the day. Providing a safe, happy and fun environment for the children in our care is essential. We enjoy being active, going to the park, feeding the ducks, attending the library and toddler groups. We also encourage creative activities such as playdoh, painting and sticking. I am able to do school pick ups from Highwood Primary school, Woodley. We’ve just had an impromptu visit from 2 wonderful officers. We noticed their car parked outside so waited really patiently for them to come back, when they did they were kind enough to show us the police car and let the children turn the flashing lights on. The children were so amazed. They got to hold handcuffs and the truncheon, and had a little chat about waving at them when they see a police car. They even put the siren on as they drove off. Very happy children here today.
