Established in 1963, Padworth College is a day and boarding school offering a highly personalised education, preparing students aged 14 to 19 years for entry to leading universities. Students study I/GCSEs, A Levels or the NCUK International Foundation Year (international students only). The Extended Project Qualification is also available in the Sixth Form. Academic study is complemented by a wide variety of extra-curricular activities. Support for university entry is provided by Personal Tutors, with aspiring medics also benefitting from the Medical School Preparation programme. Whilst the College is non-selective, students perform very well in examinations. The College offers:
1. Small class sizes (average 8-10) enabling personalised tuition and study plans.
2. Flexible subject combinations, resulting in a variety of pathways to higher education.
3. A supportive environment - being a small school (up to 100 students enrolled in Years 10 to 13).
4. A diverse international community, enabling lifelong friendships to be established with students from around the world.
