Every young person deserves an environment where they feel safe, understood, and able to engage with learning in their own way. 🙌🏻

At Stable Futures, we provide therapeutic and hands on learning experiences through animals, nature, practical activities, and consistent support. From caring for horses and growing food to outdoor learning and vocational skills, we help young people build confidence, develop positive relationships, and rediscover enjoyment in learning.

For many young people, a different environment can make all the difference. 🌱

If you are looking for a more personalised and supportive approach for a child or young person, we encourage you to get in touch with our team or visit our referrals page to learn more ➡️ stablefutures.co.uk/referrals/

We’ve shared more about the approach behind Stable Futures and how outdoor, therapeutic learning can help young people reconnect with education in our latest blog post, linked in the comments below.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week 💚💜 and this year, we’re proud to support the Mental Health Foundation’s 2026 theme: Action.

At Amegreen Children’s Services, we know that supporting mental health is often about the small everyday actions that help young people feel safe, heard, valued, and connected. Whether it’s taking time to listen, encouraging someone through a difficult moment, or creating environments where children can build confidence and trust, these actions matter.

This year’s theme is a reminder that raising awareness is important, but meaningful change happens when we take action too:
💜 For yourself
💜 For someone else
💜 For all of us

As carers, colleagues, families, and communities, we all have a role to play in supporting positive mental health and creating spaces where young people can truly thrive. 🙌🏻

Long weekend. More free time. More screen time.📱

With the Bank Holiday, children may have a bit more free time than usual, which can often mean more time on devices. It is a good moment to think about how screen use fits into daily routines, especially when structure changes.
