We have a vacancy for a Deputy Supervisor Early Years Practitioner. We are looking for someone who is passionate, about Early Years. Why not enjoy our fantastic small team and continue for make a difference to children's life.

We run Forest School sessions in Lousehill Copse and are in the process of becoming an Curiosity Approach Accredited setting. Kirsty the manager and owner is Reading and Oxfordshire Network Brand Ambassador for The Curiosity Approach.

° Is able to laugh at jokes they don't understand or don't find funny. 😂

° Be able to distribute warm hugs as and when required. 🤗

° Loves being outside come rain or shine. At Ranikhet Rainbows we love the great outdoors🌦☀️🌧

° You must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like it. 🥰

You must have Early Years Practitioner level 3 or equivalent in childcare and Education.

Essential requirements

°DBS Certificate /clean criminal record.
° First Aid Certificate.
°Term time only.

🍃🍂 Great Discovery Session in the woods today. 🍂🍃

This little boys was at my setting 2 years ago. Now is little brother come in my setting. I had a parents meeting with is Mum today, and he came with his brother. He found all the tyres and made a car again. It was so lovely to see and this is Why loose parts are so important in Early Years setting.
