We've just announced our next 8 week self defence course, starting Tuesday 31st January!

We'll also be running classes all year round once the course has been completed, with additional courses mixed in throughout the year, so everyone will be able to continue their training after the course 😁👍

Another course finished with an amazing group of ladies, and another donation to charity.

This time we were lucky enough to be able to donate £1100 to Berkshire Women's Aid, and we received this lovely letter from their CEO

Eight Week Self Defence Course - Starts Friday 1st April! | Readingwselfdefence This is the registration for our upcoming 8 week womens only self defence course! Classes are very informal and are taught by both female and male instructors. Our classes are always friendly and welcoming. We hope to see you in class!

Hi everyone, we've had a fair bit of interest in the classes recently. We'd love to start courses again but at the moment we don't feel it can be done safely enough, given the covid situation.

Once the situation has calmed down and we feel we are able to operate safely and responsibly, we'll be running courses again.
