We are really looking forward to welcoming applicants and their families, to the first of several Visit Days, starting on Saturday 26th February 🥳
Visit Days are organised to provide applicants an insight into what it would be like, to be a student studying at the University of Reading. On Saturday, we have planned the following:
Taster seminars / lectures, workshops, Q&A sessions with current students and of course a chance to chat to academics.
You will also have a chance to tour our wonderful green campus and accommodation.

The first Lille-Reading Workshop on International Finance takes place this week, 4 - 5 November 21.
The workshop is co-founded & co-organised by Dr Alexander Mihailov from The University of Reading and Dr Florence Huart from Université de Lille. This event is supported by the Money, Macro & Finance Society.
The keynote speaker will be Dr Gianluca Benigno from The London School of Economics and Political Science - LSE

Wonderful to see so many students on campus for day 3 of Welcome!
We are holding undergraduate academic sessions for joint honours students between 11:00-13:00 in Chancellor's Building G06
Dr Vivi Burrows is running the session, alongside Dr Alice Baderin from Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Readingv as well as Dr Luke Elson covering PPE from Philosophy at the University of Reading
The session will provide an insight into SPEIR and more specific course and department information. It's also a great chance to meet other students, tutors and academics and have a chat over a coffee.
As a University student welfare is at the forefront of our minds and so we will also use this session to signpost all of our 'Essentials' information.
