πŸŽ‰ The Wren is celebrating its strongest-ever Post-16 results!

This year saw a 10% increase in A*–C grades and twice as many A*–A grades awarded, continuing Wren Six’s strong year-on-year progress.

Most importantly, our students have secured exciting next steps at university, through higher apprenticeships and in employment.

We are incredibly proud of everything our Year 13 students have achieved. Congratulations to them, their families and all the staff who supported them! πŸ’™

Dressing for Success ✨

A school uniform is more than just clothing; it is a reflection of our shared values and the pride we take in being part of The Wren community. As we look ahead to September, we ask all families, especially those joining us for the first time, to review our Uniform Guide.

We are incredibly proud of our state-of-the-art 4G pitch, which provides a professional-standard environment for our students. To preserve this surface and ensure student safety, specific footwear is essential.

Please note that for all PE lessons on the 4G pitch, students must wear boots with moulded studs. Trainers and flat-soled shoes are not permitted as they damage the turf.

Starting the term with the correct kit allows our students to focus entirely on their learning and the exciting opportunities the new year brings.

If in doubt, please check with the school before purchasing new items of uniform.

Welcome to The Wren! πŸ‘‹

Today, we are delighted to welcome our upcoming Year 6 students for their Transition Day.

This day is a wonderful opportunity for our future students to experience life at The Wren, explore our facilities, take part in engaging activities, and begin building lasting friendships with both staff and peers.

Transitioning to secondary school is a major milestone. We love seeing our new students leave at the end of the day feeling more confident, connected, and excited to officially join our community this September.
