Bulmershe ABC is very sad to hear the passing of a true Boxing man in Mel Corrigan.
One of life’s true characters who played a massive part of many peoples lives.
Everyone at the club would like to wish Marge, Lee and all our friends at Berinsfield ABC our condolences.

The juniors Boxfit class going through the basic footwork drills with & . After this they move onto partner work to practise defences and punches.
We teach alot of footwork at our gym before we move into punching. Remember ….
“Everything goes from the base in Boxing. If the feet aren’t correct then your punching won’t be”
Our junior Boxfit is every Thursday 7pm. Anyone interested in getting there 10-18 involved in Boxing give us or a message.

Not only is Max Meiklejohn a class coach but also a genius Boxing gadget inventor!
This portable little gadget sticks to our mirrors when our boxers and members want to practise rolling when they shadow. We will get a video up of a demo very soon!
