Meet our Share Bear, Biscuit! 🧸

Each week, Biscuit will go home with one of our mindees to enjoy a special adventure. When he returns, we’ll share photos, talk about what he got up to, and hear all about our mindee’s favourite memories.

EYFS Links

* Communication & Language: Builds speaking, listening, and confidence.
* PSED: Encourages confidence, responsibility, and sharing experiences.
* Understanding the World: Celebrates different families and experiences.
* Literacy: Supports storytelling and early writing through photos or a diary.

Overall, Biscuit becomes a wonderful tool for promoting language development, confidence, family engagement, and strengthening relationships within your setting while making every child feel valued and included.

We are so pleased to share with you that The Little Courtyard is officially an ofsted registered premises used by two childminders Kate and Danielle. If you’re looking for childcare please feel free to message us to arrange a visit!

Your child could receive funded childcare / early years education in an approved Ofsted registered nursery, pre-school or with a childminder the term after they are 2 years old.

Your family may be eligible if you have a low income or are unemployed, or if your child:

- Has been in care and/or adopted
- Has a current statement of SEN or an Education, Health and Care Plan
- Receives Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
